Jane Gammons if you're reading this you MUST cut back on your consumption of red meat, you eat FAR too much. My husband is sadly dying of pancreatic cancer, and one of the causes is eating too much red meat. I cooked a lot of it when I was on SW! Not only is it a leading cause of cancer, but also other life threatening diseases like heart disease. Please cut back, and eat more vegetable dishes and fish.
It wasn't meant in I hope they do way.. Just more that they should enjoy more things and generally be more active, eat well and enjoy the freedom. Old before their time, is not the best way nowadays. Sorry to hear that xx

I do get rather passionate about health more than anything. I get really annoyed when some people say "oh life's too short" using it an excuse not to move or eat right. Watched my own parents suffer with ailments, never being able to run or chase around, right through to stomach cancer. Never ever brush health off, because life is too short not to care I guess.

Exactly right. My dear husband is only 53, worked out and was extremely fit. He just had stomach pains, and was diagnosed after only 7 weeks with inoperable pancreatic cancer, that had already spread to his liver. A horrific and very silent cancer. He has no more than 5 months left to live. (He was really well at Christmas!) Live life healthily, and enjoy every second ...you just ever know!

Is there even a market for clothes originally from Primark/Asda on ebay???

Jesus Jane, you're not Lisa Snow (who's actually good at this stuff!).

Why's it all big tshirts and that frumpy style? The stuff you just don't bother buying in charity shops and give away when you do lose weight as you no longer have the shape of a jaffa cake.

She hinted that she had gained, in the haul video. And any sign of the Livingstones? I know they had family health problems lately. It's sad that these girls get so far and then the priorities change for them.

Why does she waste the membership and weekly fee? They had a dominoes but blames the dairy. So frustrating! No Jane, it's not the dairy or anything else other than pure laziness and greed. Notice Charlie's breathing isn't as heavy now he's out on his bike and lost more.

Half a pound gain. She had dominoes and massive portions of food all week, doesnt matter if its pinch of nom food if you eat too much of it you won't loose.

They've booked a holiday to Ibiza, late summer so probably september time. She said she's excited about buying smaller clothes for it.

I do like Jane but she needs to realise big portions don't work for everyone on slimming world, I'm surprised her consultant hasn't spoken to her about her food diary that's what they normally do if you're not making progress. I'm not knocking her, some people are slow losers but change it up a bit Hun 😂

Helen put on her Instagram she's lost 5lb, I don't think she's doing much YouTube with her family member not being well, plus she's having a new kitchen so they must be up the wall x

She put on weight and had to have her wedding dress altered. So if she can't lose for her wedding, what chance has she losing for a holiday! She has been doing SW for about 5 years, and isn't much smaller now than what she was then. Just think of how much money she's wasted, she could have donated to the homeless!

Another gain!!! Following the plan 100% oh apart from a large Dominos after weigh in last week... oh and more “dairy”!! That normal! NO JANE! As one of your commenters pointed out (which has prob been deleted now!) it’s your portion sizes! 5’2 and eating the same size meals as your husband is not going to help you lose weight. Did you notice the Pinch of Nom meals she was making were for 4 people?! Never heard her say and we’ve got 2 portions left for another day!!! No I bet they shared it between them 🤣🐷🐷🐷🐷
