Hello

She's going to be off plan for at least 4 days for Charlie's birthday. I get maybe one day, the actual day, but 4 days!! If she was serious about it she certainly wouldn't take 4 days off plan. I've lost 6 stone but I loosely followed slimmingworld from home I found going to groups and some of their ideals unhealthy ie frylight it's disgusting stuff

frylight - you see how much she sprays in the actifry? Im sure I heard lots of people say that stuff rots your pans and actifrys! Arent actifrys supposed to be healthy fryers so you dont need oil? Might be wrong as I dont have/need one.
Iv heard of SW-ers saying squirt til it hurts with Frylight but she does a good 10 squirts in the fryer.

Iv been off my calorie counting for about a week now and but on 4lbs. Easter and birthdays! Today is my last crap day, drawing the line tomorrow (in the words of Trim with Tan lol) Once you have a day off "plan" its a bugger to get back on it (to me anyway - I find it easier the longer I go being on track) so she is probably the same. I need to lose about 3 stone myself and it is hard work to get your mind in the right frame to actually start and get going. Saying that, she has done well before, She's gained alot back, at least she looks alot bigger now then she did for her wedding.

i think she wont reach her stone award any time soon if u think if she goes to normal group it may b a maintain or gain
and then next week shes got like 4 days off plan she said she feels healthier she looks so much bigger

I lost 5 stone last year after being diagnosed with a fatty liver. She ought to check that she hasn't got one!

What the hell was with that mad dancing in front of the mirrored wardrobes all about? Firstly I felt travel sick from the shakey camera then she treated us to a close up booby shot! But don't worry guys she was straight back to her nighty and hair in a bun, guess that was a little too much excitement for her 😂
Honestly though it was so cringey, what is she trying to do? Or who is she trying to copy? Whatever it was it needs to stop.....

Probably that Trisha pastas woman, jane showed one of Trishas videos of her singing on her stories, jane was howling.

I can’t see them now either??? Maybe she has taken them down to edit the food stains out.... she maybe some time ....🤣🤣
