Don't mean to argue at all but there are lots of circumstances where single people might want and need Christmas off, I know for myself I live about 2 hours from my family and it is the only time of year I really get to see my family. There are other people I work with who don't have this and have got Christmas off over me and I don't mind because that's how the system works, first come first served.Oh soz, it’s not like you get annual leave all year round is it - oh wait yes I’m sure you do. I’m just saying, before I had kids I always had the common courtesy to let my colleges/friends have the days around Christmas off first so they could spend it with their little ones. Each to their own!
Agreed! I don’t see how this turned into talking about beggarsbeliefs working schedule but hey ho!
Now on the topic of Jane, I assume when she says Christmas she means Boxing Day and after because I work in a competitor Supermarket and we are not allowed to book prior to Christmas/Christmas Eve(only in exceptional circumstances). Also in my supermarket Bank Holidays are given to everyone who books, I would guess it's the same in Tesco. I do think it's ridiculous she came in early to sort it out but sadly that is the system.
I can't believe she is shocked she gained! She eats such big portions, she is obviously eating in a calorie surplus! How can she not see this, idk. This is the problem with SW, no concept of nutrition at all.
