Why is she writing Zal's order down from the screen in front of her? just take it from there you idiot. She makes everything more effort and then she's so slow, she'd never cope with multiple orders daily. As for the luxury lip balm, she just sticks "luxury" on any old tat and thinks it makes it sound better, she should be made to state what makes it luxurious because it sure as hell isn't the unhygienic way she makes it with the cheapo ingredients and kitchen roll wipe dons her equipment gets.
And as for her half wit husband thinking it's so impressive she got an order while she was in a shop........oh dear! what a pair of pillocks.
