Very strange nothing has been mentioned until today,shes been posting on IG. Vlogging is too much like work,especially editing etc,Claire has no real interest in anything outside of her bubble,because it's all on James to provide financially. The reality is she married a semi funny actor,who sadly is quite lazy and rather than grabbing all the jobs offered after the Inbetweeners,he turned down lots, he's even said he regrets it. Vlogging probably is a pain in the backside,but if it guarantees an income,I think most couples would work as a team, not so sure the Buckleys are a team,Claire just does everything, while James does as little possible while loving the adoration . It must be quite a lonely life being married to James,he comes across as quite selfish at times

He's comes across as quite lazy,I don't think he wants regular work it would interfere with his gaming,going out,drinking etc. Its do odd that hes goes out regularly with mates comes home so drunk he's in the spare room sleeping for most of the weekend . He prefers to take his mates to film premieres rather than Claire,they were supposedly attending some award event last week,wonder if they both went,or just him

I wonder if Clair reads here,yesterday she posted 2 pouting pictures,which is almost a full day's work for her. I hope she didn't break a sweat or neglect her permanent laundry mountain trying to prove a point. I really shouldn't be a bitch because their older vlogs really are funny and a good watch the past 18 months they have appeared to only show interest in YouTube or trying to interact on IG when they have something to sell or promote,even the vlog relies on subscribers to provide most of their content,while editing etc is done by someone else. Hardly the epitome of a hardworking couple. They are popular,if I were James, in particular,he should take advantage of his/their popularity,actually show commitment to vlogs, even if not weekly, they'd probably get more sponsors if they were reliable. He has the opportunity to make money. His cameos will eventually dry up. James not only has a family to support but manager/agent who will take a percentage of his earnings.

The vlogs were fun when it wasn't about monetising them!

James was pushing for Claire to start a true crime/horror channel,because he probably saw £signs. Claire has little interest in social media as a form of income because of the work it would involve on a regular basis. Claire enjoys her homelife but doesnt seem as invested in the social media public side,unless it involves freebies,James probably sees social media as a steadier income compared to acting for him. I agree that since the YT HQ visit and definitely a management company,they sometimes come across as creating content rather than the natural old style content. Must admit I cant stand some of the 'celeb mates ' Danny Dyer fake loud mouth hard man, Diane Bussell and Joe Sugg,she's too loud wants to be centre of attention. I really like their neighbours who they socialise with, those vlogs seem more relatable and natural

So wierd. I absolutely loved their vlogs not so long ago. And especially during lockdown.
Now I've got such a massive ick about them both I haven't watched the last few. I can't put my finger on what it is. I think they seem cynical about it all? Fair enough but just stop then?

Used to love their vlogs when they started out. Now find them really grabby and beggy.
Hate the constant food shop, meat talk.
And clair always made out she did like a bit more serious modelling I didn’t realise it was glamour stuff. No shame there just not that way she speaks about it.

This week's vlog James was clearly on the beg for a cordless lawnmower,he really is a tight wad until he's buying clothes/food for himself.
I'm confused why they bathe the kids,im sure they're 10 and 12, he said one of them hadn't had a bath in 4 weeks. I don't for a minute believe he's not had showers,I can't imagine Claire ignoring the kids personal hygiene she is a good mum. James shouldn't be talking about the kids personal hygiene on the vlogs,it's not right their mates could watch.

I know half of it is put on for the camera, and we only see a small fraction of their lives, but have to say the dynamic of their marriage is really putting me off watching them. James does nothing. Literally nothing. He mows the lawn, that’s it. He doesn’t know how to cook basic foods, clean anything, organise their lives. Nothing. So many times Clair says something about just doing a chore herself because it’s easier than trying to get James to do it. I get that he makes the money (although she’s 50% of the vlog & podcast now, and does the editing), but this isn’t the 1950s.

Yes it was the skull of someone who passed away in the 1960s and left his body to science. Now 50 plus years later his skull has been sold as an ornament. Why not just buy a synthetic skull if thats what they want.

Yes disrespectful is the word. And distasteful.
I was looking up sites that sell them (which I disagree with anyway) and it's quite strictly regulated. You need a licence to buy one and there are only certain circumstances they can be displayed. Not sure having one on your bookcase counts.
I sometimes think Clare's interest in the macabre is a bit shoved on anyway tbh. I hate that serial killer mug she has. She seems to find all that stuff glamorous for some reason.
