I thought this especially in the latest vlog. there was a one minute section of "oh by the way we have started weaning amber, it's messy", then cut to them showing some yogurt and yogurt mixed with fruit, then cut to Amber's messy face. She could have done weaning essentials they've bought, and then further down like "our weaning journey" where they discuss more on how they started, why they went with BLW (assuming the stick with that), if they changed how they did it etc. Recipes for food too. it baffled me because so many people were asking how she fixed her ab separation, if I was a youtuber, I would have done a video on it, you'll get the views from your subscribers, but then other people just searching about diastasis recti could come across the channel and follow too. But she just said oh I googled exercises so just do that. Just shows how lazy they are with content. The thing that frustrates me so much with Carys is that if she actually put some thought and effort into her content she could be a really good vlogger.
With a little bit of thought it wouldn’t be hard to make useful videos for new mums - around breastfeeding, her ab separation recovery, wean with me videos, routine videos (if that’s your thing) but instead she just does the laziest, easiest videos to film which is day/week in the life constantly as they require no effort whatsoever.
It’s their job to create content but their content is lazy and repetitive! I do wonder how either of them would survive with proper jobs
Why are babies not dressed as babies anymore?! Due in a few weeks and aside from a few dresses, it’s onesies all the way!Oh god…she even has amber in oversized jumpers nowshe’s a baby ffs! Surely this isn’t a thing?? I don’t like massively oversized stuff anyway but I get its a thing and some people can really pull it off but a baby? I’m sorry that just seems crazy to me :/
Yea I mean I don’t have kids but I always just assumed from seeing my nephew as a baby and stuff that it was basically just onesies! Just in varying sizes! Lol! With the odd separate outfit so trousers and top….in nice colours, not boring bloody beige :/ but my brother and sister in law didn’t spend loads on outfits of fancy clothes because it’a waste of money as they grow out of it all so quickly! He’s 8 now and even now they won’t buy anything super expensive clothes wise as he is growing like a weed! The only thing the do spend decent money on are school shoes as he has to wear them all day and they think they re worth paying for decent ones…which my parents always did too……which makes sense to me!Why are babies not dressed as babies anymore?! I can’t criticise her for that - babies grow so quickly so it’s probably good sense to buy items that can last across age groups, save buying multiples. Difference there I think is you do it for practical reason to save money and make things last longer, which does make sense to me, she does it because she think it’s looks cool for Instagram! Lol! My parents bought my school blazer two sizes too big when I started secondary school because my dad had been made redundant and they wanted it to last so I totally understand that!I can’t criticise her for that - babies grow so quickly so it’s probably good sense to buy items that can last across age groups, save buying multiples. Definitely, shoes are so important to pay good money for but absolutely not worth paying for mini adult clothes and all in that horrible brown beige trend - inject some fun colours and cute onesies!Yea I mean I don’t have kids but I always just assumed from seeing my nephew as a baby and stuff that it was basically just onesies!
