She’s been in that bungalow house since last February, so it’s perfectly feasible she’s on a rolling contract now (saves on agency fees for the landlord, not having a yearly contract drawn up). From my hazy memory (as a landlord and working for one of the big agencies though not in letting) it’s one month’s notice from tenant, or two months from landlord, though I think this is negotiable, and Covid will have changed it all anyway. Which is a lot of words to say it really could be fixed or rolling. Shrug.

I think the reason she deleted her comments there was NOT because she realised she’d been incredibly rude and unpleasant BUT RATHER it was because those comments made it clear that Jack knows that person in real life. That’s a major rooster up on Jack’s part, cos that person made comments about Jack’s many expensive things and luxurious lifestyle - and it might therefore dawn in her followers that this person knows what she’s talking about.

Again, I don’t believe she does give him the food she makes. Not the manky stuff, but the Ocado and other deliveries.

Cat and rabbit food isn’t factored in to the “budget” because there isn’t one, not really, it’s all a kind of cruel pretend.

Then sadly, this leads me to believe that the child has been/is coached about what he can say about the food he eats.
That he HAS to lie to friends, family, teachers etc..

That's what I also found odd, why did she air her dirty pants in public. Why didn't she phone, DM or contact privately since she knows her and say look pet, leave off.

Jack stated today a reason that she cannot move to more affordable accommodation is that she is on a fixed term agreement. Except there are recent receipts where she said she was on a rolling monthly. So people are wondering which it is, and if Jimmy needs to pop his head in.

However if there really was a credit issue and owning was absolutely out of the question at the moment and you really were terrified of losing your home, wouldn’t you use it to put down 6months/a years rent and save yourself all the drama?

Yeah, I do this if / when I can with my council tax! Haven't managed to this year but it's really so great if you can pay a few months in a oner and you don't have to worry about it for a while.

As her brother serves in the RAF all I can say is God help us if there is a war given that our serviceman can apparently be taken out by an angry 5'1" woman. Though to be fair it's possible she used some of her cooking to disable him before launching her attack.

Yeah she basically said when she outed that lady about her alcoholism 'yeah you don't like it when it's done to you, do you?' which kinda shoots herself in the foot a bit cos it suggests what was said is true (and it was).
