I made Nadiya's no churn ice cream after watching her show a few weeks back. I can't remember the last time I made something "off the telly" 😆.
Double cream. Condensed milk. Cardamom. Whip. Freeze. Serve. Recommend.

LJC can you imagine what a Munroe version would look like? *shudder*
Sardines, black pudding, a large clove of garlic, prunes, herbs (any) whip, freeze, serve, trip to A&E.

Just seen a clip on X of a woman draining a pan of pasta through a lacy thong. I hope Jack doesn't see it and attempt to do it through her big harvest festival undies in Grifty Kitchen volume 2
Urgh. She does like a sex pasta recipe. This is what will end her next relationship.

Happy 10th anniversary to Fish and Tinned Mandarin Tagine!
View attachment 2554869
I think their definition of “packed with vegetables” is a tad different from mine
View attachment 2554871
And over on her blog Jack’s pasting and posting evidence that everyone clapped and cheered.
Still think I’d eat the “tagine” before this dried up cat sick on mushy looking green pasta worms served on her tiny pov plate from the week before tho. Sorry, “creamy” spaghetti and “crunchy” breadcrumbs. 🤢🤢🤢View attachment 2554923
That's not a tagine (obvs), it's a waste of ingredients.
So - she couldn't cook ten years ago, and she *still* can't cook, but has had recipe books published? Bonkers.🤦‍♀️
The comments under the recipes are gold though.😁

Jack helpfully telling everyone how to “say “Sauce Diane” the proper way

View attachment 2555608
what? how did she think people were saying it?

it's "steak dianne" so why wouldn't it be "sauce dianne"?

french innit? adjective after the noun and all that

unless, she's doing a janette manrara and insisting on pronouncing it in a daft australian accent like janette does with dianne buswell - "sauce doy-anne"

I've been reading this as "soup" the entire time. I'm not dyslexic, but clearly my brain refused to accept the idea anyone would make soap out of pork large since we're not medieval peasants.

Eta: All this equipment and effort for pig soap. Why. I could be on the L'Occitane stuff for the price of the olive oil alone and that's before I've even got me goggles on.View attachment 2535381

Pork large Soup with a Mysterious Egg and Eamonn Holmes Seasoning

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of rendered pork large
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 unexplained egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch of Eamonn Holmes seasoning (a secret blend)

Instructions:

1. Heat the rendered pork large in a large soup pot over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté them until they become fragrant and translucent.

3. Stir in the diced carrots and chopped celery. Cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

5. While the soup is simmering, add an unexplained egg to the mix. Crack it directly into the pot, and let it cook undisturbed until it forms a poached-like consistency.

6. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and a pinch of the mysterious Eamonn Holmes seasoning. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

7. Once the egg is cooked to your liking, remove the pot from the heat.

8. Serve the pork large soup hot, making sure each serving includes a bit of the enigmatic egg for added intrigue. Enjoy the unique flavors of this unconventional soup.

Note: The Eamonn Holmes seasoning is a secret blend, so you can get creative with your own choice of herbs and spices to add a unique touch to the soup.

Well, thanks to those 3 bits in bold, I have sadly not made it to my 40th tomorrow, for surely I am dead.

@FunnyFuneral A ditch for my burial will be quite fine, with a rendition of “BOUUUUUULAVARRRD” ( Featu. Billy ), catering by Leggy and a Eulogy from LJC. It sounds darn fine, if you please.

ETA - A bit of inexplicable egg & a mysterious Eamonn Holmes is all it takes for a “unique” soup.

I genuinely thought that Eamonn Holmes seasoning was an invention of guest and I wasn't remotely surprised.

I think she looks quite bloated around the old cheeks and jowls. Maybe she’s actually been eating her own slop for a change? Lol, no. Probs been necking 40 tramadol or enjoying a spot of frozen weather.
I look at this picture..and all I can see is Nigel Farage ☹

Blimey, that's how I pronounce it.

I'm sure mispronouncing one word wasn't the reason she wasn't invited back.
This was like “slightly undercooked my pasta and wasn’t invited back” sure, that’s the reason 🙄

Why not thin tights under thick leggings? Why tf all the superfluous descriptors at all anyway? 😬
It makes me feel genuinely ill when she talks about wearing leggings five times cus they’re under jeans so how could they get dirty? THEY ARE NEXT TO YOUR SKIN AND REALLY NEAR YOUR CROTCH, does she honestly think her body doesn’t generate any stink over five days and the only reason we wash clothes is because they come into contact with the outside world? VOM

Really near = touching. Unless she has some condition where she doesn’t sweat and has a vulva dryer than a ryvita fresh out of the packet, she stinks.
