Is it me or have incidences of people not knowing the difference between your and you’re gone up tenfold? It’s everywhere, one of my friends is a GP and doesn’t seem to know the difference. It’s like being punched in the face every time I see it.
I feel the same with people who use ‘of’ instead of ‘have’.

For whoever asked for another example of something not exactly original from Nadiya, look at the many many recipes online for Cardamom Kulfi including several near identical to the various forms she's done including the one with raspberries that pre-date hers.

She's enthusiastic, seems genuinely lovely and great for telly as she's a pleasure to watch but there is definitely overstatement about how original some of her recipes are, and more with small changes that are similar to the changes Jack makes and then is called out for plagiarism on here. Not just Nadiya either in fairness, though she's an oft cited counterpart to Jack, Jamie Oliver does the same and I'm sure most of the celeb chefs do too. Part of it is just that there's a limited amount you can innovate with some things at this point without going into Jackslop ick levels - in the end there are truly only so many ways you can add a to b to make c.

It's another example of how a valid criticism of Jack is actually also her showing the true face of the industry and that others deserve criticism for it - a lot of them appear to do exactly the same as she does, they're just better at covering it up.
BiB: what Jack has done for me is made me doubt almost everything in the papers, or at least view it with a much more critical mind than before.
She’s not only shown the food industry up for what it is (and I agree with your point on Nadiya), but the main stream media, and fundraising/crowdfunding too.

Tarragon custard - she gently, wistfully, churlishly fingered a leftover Coronation quiche until she instinctively and osmotically understood, nay, (by interdimensional brilliance) pre-invented said gelatinous joy.
Photos to follow.

Hi canal. My shoulder/back has crumbled and the SBs refuse to help with the laundry. Send helpos. I have been trying to catch up whilst being on shift the last few days. Not with the SBs as that’s just life. I’m slightly worried whether she’s still alive or whether she’s binged herself to snow. Are we the only ones that worry about her or is she hiding out at big Dave’s?

Vlad is giving my ads for 6th form colleges. I’m well old. Again, send the bad back police please.

My sibling couldn’t put a coin in the trolley. I never got on with Simon Price, either. Perv.
We weren't that keen on him, either (as in skin crawling). Wife #2 is lovely, #1 was pretty anonymous - he's definitely another Main Character (which is why Guest was never on his Guest lists IMO).

So true on all counts.

Jack’s got the double whammy of being an obviously odious person and being crap at covering things up but she’s not the only one at any of her games and she won’t be the one making the most money from them either. Like the Australian Masterchef guy who’s backstory turned out to be an entire lie, people dismiss it with “Well he seemed lovely on Masterchef” and Jack just hasn’t realised that if you’re going to play the games everyone else does, you’ve got to be nice - or at least be good at pretending to be nice.

She does say she would ‘grab a tub from the corner shop’ and we know that in Jackworld shoplifting is fine if you need to so…. 🤷‍♂️
If you see a smol pixie snaffling a tub of deli chicken with their smol fingers, no you didn't. If you're more disgusted at the smol pixie who can't afford coronation chicken struggling to find something to gently dump on their smol chips than you are at the king whose mum's coronation it was commemorating owning half of England, then your priorities are BAD blah blah whatever it was. (purposes of parody only, no implication intended, etc, no need to call lawyer pal)

I still can't get over how tit Mr Boogly is or the fact she probably paid actual money for that.
I like watching tattoo you tube - tattootube? & was recently reminded that PewDiePie has the same tattoo. Only done by someone who doesn't hate him. Lol

Also see: they, there, they're.
I am afraid that's an automatic turn off, and I will stop reading. Harsh, but there you go.

I think it’s so rude of someone to ask her to make a tarragon custard “boyfriend says it can’t be done” knowing full well she can’t cook desserts, pastry or eggs.

Going back to the Sue Lee scam.
I missed most of it because guest wasn't on my radar back then. I did get the general gist of what was going on because of trending on Twitter and accounts that I follow talking about it.
Did she have a lot of blue tick celebs behind her and retweeting her?
Seeing the amount she said she'd given to charity made me think how tight fisted these celebs are if it was only £1,500.
All mouth and trazzers or did they actually donate?
If any of these blue tick celebs chucked a couple of hundred quid her way she'd soon have reached a grand and a half. That's before hundreds of squigs very vocally and publicly chipped in with their donations in the first couple of hours.
It still stinks to high heaven.

Infused with whimsy and amusing childlike mispronunciation; scamberley eggs are so named to distract you from the tramadol and financial abuses taking place, warming your heart instead of chilling it.

For comparison, Supertanskii raised a grand for her cat’s care in just a few hours. Russincheshire made £20k when a Tory MP sued him (despite having a decent job and owning a Tesla) and both those grifters have half the twitter audience of Guest. They’re also much less pathetic seeming and don’t claim poverty as such, meaning the rage nans are less likely to gunk their winter fuel allowance on them. There’s no way she didn’t absolutely coin it in for Sue Lee.

We shall never know. She will claim she’s so so very tired of being asked. She will claim she has fully answered this question, and point to the Southend Vineyard foodbank donation.

She still needs to be held to account for this.

My friend recently did a crowd funder for her cat's surgery after she exceeded the limit on her insurance. She's really lovely, and puts on gigs in the local area (my friend, not her cat), so she has a couple of thousand followers, but hundreds of thousands less than Jack.

Within the day she'd got to about two grand. There's no way Jack didn't raise a small bleeping fortune for that grift which went on for a year, was backed by blue tickers, featured in the press and was shared with her half a million followers.

We need to keep bringing it up because it's absolutely atrocious she's been allowed to get away with it. She's a bleeping thief.

And another thing: where is the horrid fashion for omitting 'to be' coming from? As in - such and such needs *done*??
It's either it needs TO BE done, or it needs DOING. Seriously.
And it's a *glass* of wine, or *some* wine. Never *a* wine, that's not a unit of measurement.
Also, Jack: it's is short for IT IS, its means it BELONGS to it. Hope it clears things up.
Sorry for the grumpiness.
