She's obviously lying about making attempts to pay, else she wouldn't be at this point now. If she'd responded when she first got court paperwork through, it would have been over with. She didn't and so this is where she's at. Blatant buller.

Whatever his own issues may be, the courts are letting his case continue. Which means that to date, at least, he has a valid complaint.
I wonder if it's really a case of "any attention is good attention". She can't pipe up and go viral/get attention like she used to, so she's manufacturing even more drama in a desperate attempt to continue playing victim.
