Problem if she says this to a court then she’s going to have to prove it. Sending her paperwork is not harassment (regardless of what she thinks), he did ring her to take down his name and he says it was all cordial. What else? Has he tweeted her abuse, contacted her in any other way? Probably not.
Totally. Who cares if CCJ squig originally signed up with the intent to pursue the claim. Who cares if they’ve indulged in a little light bullshitting and misdirection to put Monroe off the scent - it’s a means to an end, fighting fire with fire. Who cares if their motivation is for Twitter clout.
If and when CCJ squig starts fundraising then if it’s transparent and fair then fine. If it’s not, we can rip them apart for it.
This action may not end Monroe’s grifting or see her arrested etc. but if it helps just one more person not get ripped off, or draws the attention of one more person to her vile behaviour, then it’s all gravy.

Well this afternoon went as expected. Talk about a damp squib.
Surely the courts have some sort of procedure for when a debtor is genuinely in fear of harrassment or harm from a malicious creditor? Just not turning up, without letting anyone know, doesn't seem like it'd be the recommended course of action. I bet the Essex Celeb Popo would know what to do.

I'm nothing but a dumb peach, but why on (flat)earth doesn't she just pay? Surely if she had turned up today or sent her solicitor with the money, this all would have ended? I can't see the court demanding to see forensic proof of income if she just settled the debt.
