How does a person with a known address and CCJs avoid bailiffs at the door? Doesn’t a court allow bailiffs to enter the property to take goods to the value of what she owes?

Or, can you just not open the door and the debt recovery ppl just have to go away? If that’s the case then how do CCJs ever become settled? Sorry have limited knowledge of how this all works and the internet isn’t giving many answers.
A lot of the time if a debt is fairly small it's not worth it to go down the debt recovery path. A CCJ is seen as "punishment enough"... going down debt recovery is another, optional, step after that and it can be a lot of hassle so if it's small and it's not essential to a company then it often just ends at CCJ point.

This is a good point, and clearly they’re happy with how she’s treating them. That said, and I’ve said it before on here, I’m not arsed if CCJ squig was Shamima Begum, whether they signed up in good faith, bad faith, no faith. At the end of the day, a judge isn’t bothered about that. The responsibility is for Jack to provide what her customers are paying for.
And ultimately it will/may be a judge who decides. All this is great content for here and twitter but she and her grift, as the delightful warbler Celine (RIP) sang, will go on.

This is perhaps the first CCJ she's had where the debt is being enforced. This isn't an automatic process or led by the courts. The creditor has to actively pursue it.

Where are the real “victims” of this consumer fraud? Surely they’d be coming out in their hundreds, but no, we’re not seeing anything.
Look at the type of people that fawn over her on Twitter and seek praise by telling everyone they have donated to her, and then look at the fallacious rhetoric and half baked nonsense that they routinely share on their timelines, and the vague platitudes that they fall for.

Those type of self-righteous "neckbeards and rage-nans" would never even recognise, let alone acknowledge and admit that they might have made a poor decision in their lives.

If she's unarsed about a ccj she's a cash buyer. You put the dough from the buy an extra book grift and the kickstarter grift together thats a tidy little sum in itself. It's the only explanation for her being unbothered.

Not sure she's ever had credit. She doesn't seem to understand how it works.

Gotta love how both Jack and the orange man across the pond are experiencing court at the same time

Precisely- they are called fans. Pretty 🤢 to see but it’s like they say about weird single folk, there’s someone for everyone. Did you watch the documentary about Jimmy Saville where that old woman, despite, EVERYTHING, that was proven, was not having it? Can’t believe that sort of thing happens, but it does, I’ve got friends, yes friends, who like Cold Play, what can I do? 🤷‍♀️

Agree. Even more damning when you consider that means the Westwood clothes/sideboards/endless things she's toot tooted about have all been paid for outright in ready cash not chucked on a credit card.

Think of all the cashback she's missed out on.

She's "forensic" at receipt keeping, remember?

Just a quick question as I catch up...

What are the "forensic receipts" that Jack keeps? Are they receipts for some sort of forensic analysis she has had to pay for?

Is forensic another word Jack is unsure how to use correctly? No real need to answer.

Also has CCJ squig got Jack's "forensically kept" income breakdown yet?

Idi Amin could pull up at Southend County Court in his limo, Colonel Gadaffi could get out & deliver the final thing that finishes Jack and I'd still be happy.

As far as I'm concerned, there's too many grifters & scammers out there, capitalising on societal uncertainty post covid, recession, CoL crisis etc, so it's about time people declared war on them and stopped them, by fair means or foul.

@Dogmuck please can you fill in the following questionnaire, just a little side project I’m doing at the moment
1. Do you consider yourself military around the edges?
2. Can bromelain be denatured?
3. What would you do with a pig hoof?
4. what percentage has pasta gone up in price due to the Cost of Conservatives Crisis?
5. What football team do you support?
6. Can you connect the gas pipe from a cooker into a gas radiator?
7. Trousers on a bird? yes/no
8. Is the VBI real?
9. Is the idea of a Monarchy an outdated concept?
10. Would you accept an an MBE from The King?
Cheers mate!

(According to the Hellsite) Guest has allegedly stated she didn't attend because of alleged harassment by the alleged debtor (ETA did a chaos I meant) creditor .

I think this is just for the CCJ part? The questioning today wasn't optional, not attending stated on the letter it was expected she turn up.View attachment 2239742
Exactly regardless of what happened today she has been given a CCJ by the courts because she didn't contest it originally.
That will stay on her record for 6 (?) years either as "satisfied" if she pays it, or "unsatisfied" if she doesn't.
Most people owed money leave it at that and hope people will pay as having an unsatisfied CCJ is a big no no for almost any form of credit.
But in this case squig has chosen to pursue for as long as possible.

And she'll point at here, twitter and mumsnet to back it up, highlighting a select handful of accounts specifically no doubt.
