Notes from her - she couldn’t find an endorsement from Jay inside but she did only have a quick (self conscious) flick. She found Nigella’s and it’s long, and she remembered me saying something about tumble drier fluff so found that too.

Not sure if it’s ok to put her thank yous because they have names but she has published them? And yes, Borbora made it. The cheese mash is for the Idahoan fans as it may be their aneurysm - clearly fate as she only noticed it because even Jack said it’s not a recipe.

The ebook going MIA is very odd. I wonder if it could’ve been a contract issue, if she’d used recipes which had been produced for collabs like Del Monte, Linda McCartney etc (so would have technically been their property not Jack’s)?
Or maybe it is just the terrible hacks. It’s one thing the dangerous advice being printed in a book that hardly anyone is going to buy. Quite another if it’s in a freebie that potentially has a much wider reach.
Anyway, chaos-wise, 2023 is getting off to quite a promising start. Nearly 3 years since the great Jamie pile-on too.

It's ok, she rarely washes so very little drying actually happens.

I’m sorry but is that a recipe for instant cheesy mash, using instant mash and…..cheese? No wonder this has been a long time coming; this stuff is life-changing and paradigm-altering.
