One swipe of cats claws across pups eyesI know a few horror stories involving cats and rabbits unfortunately. Dogs too. In fact my most recent rescue was the subject of a cat attack before she came to me and her condition was critical for a while. Luckily she pulled through with intensive care from the vet. Rabbits are prey animals and cats are predators. As someone whose background is veterinary, I would personally never keep them together in the house. I know it can work but I would not risk it personally. I have over two decades of specialised experience in rabbits and even a mere scratch can lead to fatal sepis, rabbits go downhill very fast.
Cooper's territory is the house and garden, Dash's was the garage, so Cooper would not have been used to him or seen him all that regularly. Plus Cooper is huge and he knows it. He was the king of the castle until now, he will be raging and might attack the poor pup.
I also disagree about Cooper being gentle. I think he is a beast (he would have to be to survive Jack) and he was filmed and photographed being quite rough with the disabled kitten. I fear he may have brought about her passing and maybe Mini too.

As evil as her actions were I wanted him to notice it. My cousin's daughter used to work there years ago, when it was a much smaller place and he wasn't famous. Apparently he is lovely, a bit of a shagger, mad as a box of frogs and thinks animals are better than humans. If he had heard about the way she treated that poor kitten (and her other animals) he would've torn her a new one.
He apparently used to go mental at people who didn't follow his advice and if he thought there was any kind of neglect he would just rage. Most of the time he would only talk to the animals and not the owners. I'm guessing he's had a bit of media training since then but you can still see it in him sometimes. Like he's about to explode!
He's almost universally loved so she would have been in a pickle about how to style it out on Twitter after he found out she kept it alive after 3 vets said it was cruel.

This is the thing, most people get a pet based on what they can offer a particular animal. Jack on the other hand, believes that she can fill the gap left by all the people her awful personality has driven away with a pet. That's why she goes through so many pets, getting bored with each as they unsurprisingly fail to deliver, with them being an entirely different species and as bewildered by her as the rest of us.precisely this. A few months back, an eagle eyed Frau highlighted one of Cack’s funnier inconsistencies when they put this photo of her saying it was the first kitchen she had designed around her own needs and how pleased she was with it bla bla bla side by side with another post of the same kitchen in the same order and her ranting about how badly designed it was. I’d love to see that post again, it made me owl champagne. What a titIn that photo of her kitchen when she moved in for the first time, she talks as if she designed and renovated the kitchen. She didn't at all, the photos are the same as the photos from 2019 on Rightmove.

She was warned not to just fling Cooper and the kitten together and did it anyway. Same with mini and now with this dog.

I used to be actually be Jack's friend and I'd defend her to anyone, even losing friends in the process. But then some things started to niggle at me. And then some more things. Then I came across this site and read things that very much made me feel not alone in my niggling thoughts. A few months ago I ended our friendship. Not with any announcement or argument with her; I simply stopped replying. I feel a lot better with having to not deal with her crap and not being used. I don't think I would have done it without lurking on here and seeing that I wasn't alone in what I kept doubting and thinking. So thank you.
Can confirm this. I know a (v. rich) family who had bengals & one of theirs got stolen. They're gorgeous cats, but so expensive.The one called 'Captain' looks like a bengal which are eye-wateringly expensive. I know a family that paid £5k for their cat and it wasn't allowed out for fear of it being nicked
