I can't comment on the new puppy as I'll get all ragey and take it out in the wrong people. But ...

Stair gates aplenty in a bungalow? How many levels/wings does the crappy bungalow have?

In that photo of her kitchen when she moved in for the first time, she talks as if she designed and renovated the kitchen. She didn't at all, the photos are the same as the photos from 2019 on Rightmove.

I guess you can use them for blocking doorways/rooms rather than stairs specifically. Possibly one of the more responsible things she's done so the poor chap isn't completely closed off behind a door.

It always makes me WTF a bit when I read this - who the hell is impressed or believes that this is anything at all other than a bog standard bank of cheap oldish fitted kitchen units? Perfectly adequate, but definitely nothing special. And a hell of a lot nicer looking than what she’s morphed it into, with everchanging shelves everywhere.

Honestly, I feel ridiculous but I've been worriting about that dog all day. And its utterly childish of me but I would love to have a dog and I have lots of experience with them, but it simply wouldn't be a good idea just now and I feel like whining about how unfair it all is.

I just hope Jack gets bored quickly before she can do it any real damage.

Yep. I used to do home checks for a dog rescue. We actually recommended closing off rooms when you have a new dog/pup. And keeping them to a small area. Obviously not shut away on their own though! If you give them free rein they can get freaked out by a big new space. That's when destructive behaviours can start and makes it very difficult to house train.

She’s never said she designed or renovated it. She can‘t cos SHE RENTS! She may have suggested that she had some ideas of how this could be her ‘forever kitchen’. You’re misremembering, that’s all. Easily done. 🥰

Right, took me a bit to find it but this is what I was on about yesterday - the 'kerching' SuperVets thing with that poor kitten... we're going to get the same thing happening again here, aren't we?
This wasn't the only tweet either. Iirc the squigs started tagging Fitzpatrick in their replies. Obviously all deleted now.
As evil as her actions were I wanted him to notice it. My cousin's daughter used to work there years ago, when it was a much smaller place and he wasn't famous. Apparently he is lovely, a bit of a shagger, mad as a box of frogs and thinks animals are better than humans. If he had heard about the way she treated that poor kitten (and her other animals) he would've torn her a new one.
He apparently used to go mental at people who didn't follow his advice and if he thought there was any kind of neglect he would just rage. Most of the time he would only talk to the animals and not the owners. I'm guessing he's had a bit of media training since then but you can still see it in him sometimes. Like he's about to explode!
He's almost universally loved so she would have been in a pickle about how to style it out on Twitter after he found out she kept it alive after 3 vets said it was cruel.

Has that stupid bleep returned from her walk of death yet?

She has no reason to be rattling that tip jar for her new dog. If she can afford a dog she can put the tip jar away
BIB for thread title
I took the grand bit out, which I do believe to be true but don’t want us to have to lawyer up ladies 😎

This is just a selection of the huge amount of animals that have passed through her filthy hands. Privileged much? She either insults them or speaks of them as therapy pets for her. It's all about they do for her, not the other way around. It also appears she was breeding her guinea pigs. She had multiple guinea pigs whilst she had the rabbits too, at least 7 animals or more at once. The guinea pig babies were fathered by the piggie who was taken to to the polling station, he was called Pepper but known as 'the Wig'. What happened to all these animals?

The one called 'Captain' looks like a bengal which are eye-wateringly expensive. I know a family that paid £5k for their cat and it wasn't allowed out for fear of it being nicked

I have a horrible ominous feeling she's doing one of her creepy 'look at how much this animal loves me' narc videos with Content Dog, she's far too quiet.

You said it perfectly ❤
I've owned and worked with a lot of different rabbits over the last 23 years. They all have a different character and temperament. As a species, they do not enjoy being handled or cuddled. Their preference is not to be picked up at all. They like head rubs and gentle ear strokes. Everything has to be done on their terms. Every so often there will be a rabbit that is incredibly loving and affectionate, those rabbits will hop into my arms, lick me and follow me everywhere. But for every one super friendly bunny, there are 10 largely indifferent ones. They require a lot of patience, nuance and specialised care. Jack holding Dash like that was Jack doing it for a performance. It's sickening. Animals are not toys and no amount of pets will fix a person either.
Bit of light relief. How I imagined you working with rabbits

It's a large detached house and not a bungalow. There are 3 reception rooms, 3large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two enormous halls with an upstairs landing big enough for Jack to use as her library (although the vast majority of her collection are multiple copies of her own book)

I just realised Content Dog is content as in internet stuff not content as in happy...I was getting confused and thought she'd referred to her as Content (happy) Dog. As you were folks.

i always love reading your bunny knowledge, Huvty-P ❤ And so true, it’s not right for her to put the whole burden of being mentally healthy on an animal/child/partner without even attempting to work on herself
