I’m not a nose expert but I’ve just spent a couple of mins staring at hers in the video (sentences you never thought you’d write).

Is it possible that it’s swollen from something (a procedure, being biffed, Pringle allergic reaction) and that that is emphasising the kind of ridges she’s gotten where the nose bits of her glasses sink in?
