It's a square, a simple square. Something a child can knit. Even I was shown how to knit a square.

If she wants a challenge, how about learning to do something more complex. Try knitting a fairisle or arran jumper, something a big more interesting than a beige square. It is just so mainstream on trend bland. If that's to complex, at least play with colours. Make a mondrian inspired blanket, anything but bland beige.

A beige square, could she pick something more boring. She considers herself leftfield, an individual, a bit "out there" and an individual, and she knits a beige square. A beige square, bloody beige. Could she be more boring?
Note to self, do not knit a beige square for Christmas for MancBee. 🤣

I agree though, she could at least try making mittens and a hat to keep warm in the crappy bungalow.

@Veronicaaa I think there's enough truth in it for Louisa not to kick up a fuss.

Jack would probably argue she can't post some of their food etc because she would be 'attacked' like she has been for the last 8 years 🙄

I don't want to speculate but all I will say is we all know the only thing Jack is genuinely good at is spinning/reframing the narrative so she comes out as the victim.

Anyway wanted to say a big thanks to the fraus who recommended Cosy Cottage. I ordered some of their soaps and deodorant and am massively impressed. Lovely stuff ❤
I'm a recent convert to the cosy cottage natural deodorant, how is it so effective? What alchemy is this? My pits smell like a posh spa.

I don't think so either but then the question becomes - I do not get how Louisa can tolerate the constant false narrative of Jack's twitter feed. It's especially galling as Louisa is high up in news which you would assume means that she's got a. a reasonably good bullshit radar and b. a high regard for a little thing called 'THE TRUTH'.
To me it destroys any credibility she has with regards to the shows she's involved with.

Maybe we should get a rumour going that Arthur's Seat isn't the harmless extinct volcano we all believed and it's been showing signs of life. That ought to put her off.
I think it would do the opposite. Can you imagine the Twitter mileage from nearly falling into an erupting volcano and being saved by her giant Mediterranean arse?

But seeing through the bullshit is the thing that journalists are meant to specialise in.

No thankyou, I have enough lil blankets.......... and not one of them is boring beige. 🤪🤪🤪

ETA, tasteful does not equate to beige. She has no style or imagination as evidenced by her furnishing her crappy bungalow from a single company. She looked nowhere else than the Cotswold company for pieces, many of which are duplicated throughout her home.

It's interesting that Louisa hasn't shared or retweeted any of Jack's recent 'success' (i say success very lightly) like the GQ awards or that express article because she used to share everything. Trying to distance herself? I still think Louisa has been manipulated into thinking it's her responsibility to look after Jack and her ouchy little brain.

Totally agree. Of course, all speculation, but she moved back in a week or so after Jack's "relapse" and when she'd been acting even more erratically than usual on Twitter.

There is no physical box - they just deliver to your address, but use the PO Box address to do so. I only found this out recently and I was shooketh.

Edit: too slow 😂
You mean, when Susie Verrill says she's "been to the PO Box and found something from months ago", she's lying?! 😮

Jack's such a chronic manipulator that I guess I can see the other side, plus Louisa probably cares a lot about SB which complicates the matter, it just seems like a nightmarish existence for anyone caught in Jack's web. At least Jack hasn't timed it so Louisa is forced to spend Christmas with her, which would really start ringing those alarm bells.

My child fell in a muddy puddle at school yesterday. All I've received so far are a pair of filthy trousers and completely wrecked shoes, but I have entirely realistic hopes for high end luxury goods come Christmas morning.

My husband says I’m ranting about JM so much that he’s going to make the peach and chickpea curry tonight- he can’t stop thinking about it.

@SuperlativeSea Aargh... do you have a pizza in the freezer as back up?!

indeed, and some tattlers enlightened her affiliates, and she has been cut off at the knees. 👍
@Captainmouse
V pleased about that... I’d seen her on Instagram (have similar aged children) and thought she was a bit of a gold digging social climber but had no idea about the rest of it, wow
