Haha, just noticed a squiggle challenged her on her celebration on Kamala Harris, and she of the strongly held defensible opinions replied with

I hereby declare that all Sundays now be known as Shitshow Sunday, the day of the week where Jack Monroe climbs down to the bottom of the drama barrel with a scraper in each hand and wails, creating a nice big echo-barrel of chaos for all

Hi, apologies but I’m grunkering... jack professes to be disabled. I feel like even IF her diagnosis of ADHD, autism etc are true, I personally wouldn’t class her as disabled, is there a scale? Or a blanket - you have autism so that makes you disabled?
She also claims to be poor and she isn't. Her main issue is really the chronic lying.

She was going to go to a walk in for a splinter? duck right off and why did the pharmacist need to see a photo? You were there just show her your finger.
I doubt the pharmacist even looked - when I went with the same issue I was just told “magnesium sulfate - that’ll be £3”, no examination necessary because it was only a bleeping splinter

The plastic surgery thing is mentioned because I believe plastic surgeons deal with anything below the elbow or possibly the wrist. Every few years I have to have a tumour removed from underneath my fingernail and it is always a plastic surgeon who does it even though all they do is yank off the fingernail and then remove the tiny tumour. A massive overreaction to a splinter though (if indeed she has said splinter).

Am I going mad? It's a splinter! Children get splinters and are fine. WTF plastic surgery team?!
If I'd kept a diary as a child, my entire summers would have been skelf, skelf, skinned knee, skelf, cold, skelf, remained unharmed for three days, bruise, skelf. I'm not saying medical attention is never required but FFS, it's a minor injury.

I don't think she has ever been to sw as you have to pay, I think she just rips off the recipes, god she would be unbearable in group.

Who was keeping a tally of the sw recipes she's nicked? How could I forget the sw quiche she made and Claimed as her own, and then proceeded to plead innocence about it
keeping the tally here 🤚was it like a rip off of crustless quiche? I’ll add it to the list

But isn’t claiming to be disabled worse than claiming to be poor? Is it not a crime?!
It’s become quite popular in America apparently I read in Closer magazine about these people who bandage themselves to look like an amputee and Jack dabbles in all things Americana doesn’t she?

Oh, for duck's sake.

Could have sorted that with a bleeping plaster overnight.

I notice there isn't the slightest hint of swelling in any of her knuckles, though. Seems like the severe arthritis has completely gone into remission before it had a chance to do anything permanent.
