I highly doubt that city execs are pulling their hair out yet, they aren't due back for a couple of weeks, so what he's been away with his mates twice, and he's had two weddings this week. He'll probably have a few quiet days now before pre season and as long as he turns up and does his job no ones gonna care.
Let's be realistic here, this is the kid that has been obsessed with football his whole life, he's been open and honest about his performance (on the pitch) enough to know his failings, there's no way he won't have been using gyms or going for runs or whatever while he's been away.
When he starts failing medicals and struggling on the pitch that's the time to worry.
Also we've discussed this before, him and Sasha could easily make a lot of the attention they get go away, but they don't because on a certain level the exposure works for them.
Until his actual job starts being affected who cares, he's obviously happy.
