I most certainly did, I also looked at her previous Brentwood stories and a lot of items that are featured showed AD. Not sure how that works, were they given a discount in return for a plug on her stories.

I am certain this was one of their previous properties that they sold, the profit doesn’t look bad. I do believe they have made sound investment’s in property. My daughter reckons she was gifted loads for the previous property and didn’t declare the items, saying that she is just greedy, grabby & desperate.

I agree they would have made a good wee profit on her old house to get both of those bungalows.
Defo a greedy wee lassy. And who wouldn’t have a tidy wee amount if they got gifted windows tiles carpets doors Lights, furniture, sofas, out buildings accessories etc or if not gifted then heavily discounted. They aren’t spending out on much are they and doing work themselves. I bet up close the work isn’t great tho as he’s self taught himself.

For someone that spends half her life on Google as an interior designer researching products for clients. she added a story last week asking/begging for recommendations for an autumnal door wreath.

Voila and fast forward to this week and she has been kindly gifted one why bother the bungalows up for sale.

Aigh shes definitely been reading here. It’s no coincidence that we say about the small gifted signs each time she has something given to her, and now bang strait out of no where she’s writing AD in capital letters and stating all gifts and ads on her posts and story’s now. She’s also now mentioning a holiday and taking wee Ava out for days when we said they don’t do anything with her other than walk to project Brentwood.
You will also find that she has taken all of her highlights off her page because all of them shown that she hadn't stuck to guidelines by stating all the things she had been gifted or paid to promote clearly she did this to save her back incase someone grassed her up.

It’s that wee daughter if there’s I feel sorry for 4 house moves in her short wee life as well as always being at project Brentwood. They never seem to go on holidays or days out with her. Never forget the one year the poor wee girl had al gifted presents given to her for her birthday. They must be really tight

I Don't feel the need for them stepping stones across the grass. Surely it would look better without and have them slabs at the side. It's all too much and all for show.
Don't even get me started on the gifted summerhouse and all the interior for it.

Well it’s all happening at Project Brentwood, our Hev’s only gone and done it; she’s left her job and is now a fully fledged interior designer.

Luke is working like a Trojan as usual, now that your home Hev you can make him some lovely dinners from scratch

Sorry Hev but that vase looks like something from a charity shop.

You can keep the wallpaper at £95.25 a roll, it is beyond most people’s means; Covid-19 pandemic, people furloughed and loosing their jobs. But not for our Hev as it’s an AD again as usual, on the plus side she is declaring this more clearly.

Project Brentwood, spare room



To be fair, she has stated that she is keen to go into property development & self build, she’s onto a winner with this one as she’s hardly bought anything. Looks like they may have had to purchase the kitchen cupboards what a bummer for them. She would love another baby when the time is right, so when is the right time to have a another baby? What’s her pinterest name?

I think that’s all they’ve bought so yeah they are on to a wee winner aren’t they. Mind you she has prob bought the paint and plaster which must have killed her that she wasn’t offered it for free. Another gifted wallpaper you have to squint to see where the wee gifted word is. Don’t know why she’s bothering to put wallpaper, panelling and lights up just to sell on.

How beggy and childish can u get, u all don’t like my post so I’m going to flounce off

Looking at her posts she is getting around 700 likes lately but previously has been getting a couple of thousand.
She won’t want all her brands seeing this drop!

I’ve seen her get 300 likes and after 1-2 hours the post gets deleted. She does this often.

Exactly my sentiments, but it’s not the same as gifted/PR/Freebie/Previous Collaboration. Project Brentwood was a flip and they were gifted so much, discounted and collabs, they didn’t finance very much only the extension. They also profited a fair few thousand when they sold it

Another gifted item from soul today the gifted again so small that you need a wee magnifying glass to see it. Contradicts herself Massively in at as well as says that she uses these products all the time blah blah then says at the end these are new so looking forward to trying them.

I’m so glad I found this thread!
I’ve followed Hev for a while (even at the beginning when she always used the #milf #sexymum )
She has always been gifted stuff and never declares any of it, unless you’ve got a microscope to see it.
She sold the 4 bed house and left all the gifted items in there. Then with the bungalow she brought for £285,000 sold it for £400,000 with the free front door, free log cabin, free pergola, free bathroom, free bathroom tiles, free Extravagant light fittings, free coffee machine, free bbq, free garden tiles! The list goes on and on
If I was a company sending her all this free stuff for her to then make profit and just sell on I’d be fuming!
Also Luke’s Twin brother is on Instagram (more normal and not braggy) I think they live very local to each other but you never see them visiting each other when they’ve just had a baby? I think they don’t agree with them being gifted all this free stuff when they seem to work really hard for it all?
