I'm confused Helen, where does Skin & Me fit in with the Azio 'orchestra' of face creams?? Do I apply any of them before or after the injectables?

She is the worst for not giving a tit what she promotes as long as it pays.
It seems she's been feeling a bit out of sorts lately, so she's doing a reboot. This consisted of a number of stories this morning advertising approx 14 brands. At least her bank account will be healthy.

The way she responds to followers gives me Emma Hill vibes, so patronising and arrogant. Also, I'm pretty sure being given money/free stuff in exchange for talking about it on your IG (with your apparently mind blowing influence over so many people), is classed as being in sales. You can wrap it up in 'boosting small businesses', 'women supporting women', or educating us poor, ignorant folk with your expert knowledge in ... err ... no, you got me there ... let's go with 'expert knowledge in feck all' ... but at the end of the day you're being paid to sell stuff. Really, really badly more often than not.

Agreed. Also, Helen is not only banging on about skincare when she clearly knows nothing about that topic whatsoever, she's also trying to promote herself as some kind of HRT guru ... crossing a medical line, which is deeply questionable and potentially dangerous. She might keep adding a 'this is what works for me' disclaimer every so often, but she's clearly encouraging GP bashing and demanding testosterone etc., and she's addressing an often vulnerable (and desperate) audience with that topic. Having said that, the other day she was flogging some crystal bracelet to 'aid menopausal symptoms and anxiety' so she clearly has zero ethics. Then she tells us when she was trying to get pregnant, she carried a pink stone around with her and she ended up having a little girl. I mean, someone ring The Lancet, Helen Nuttall is single-handedly solving all the world's problems from a barn in Shropshire.
