What’s going on with her top lip? Bit too much filler? (obvs she only has minor tweakments don’t you know) its casting it’s own shadow 😂
---

I would suggest your lack of engagement is more to do with the fact every story practically is an Ad for items most normal people can’t afford every day. We aren’t all minted love
Filler moustache alert 😂 😂 😂
People tend to only engage with authentic content, Hels, if you're reading this.
Why would anyone want to engage with an ad factory? It's not as if it's even a very good ad factory, because it's the same old shizzle, same old poses, same old deranged expression whilst dancing around in your barn, wearing cheap tat which will never see the light of day again. Twenty different moisturisers you can't live without. Pimping out your family and your dogs. GP bashing. Pretending to be an expert on HRT, UTIs, Wigs, Crystals, Paleo, what is it this week, I've lost track?
She's very reactive, isn't she? Keeps a very close eye on the numbers for someone who 'doesn't take it seriously' and is 'only here to support small businesses'. And heaven forbid someone should even vaguely criticise her. A throwaway remark from Kat Farmer and we've had to endure a week's worth of Helen in her undies.

If you've followed me for a while you'll know that I've used ✨Azio✨ FOREVER!
I'm a brand ambassador and promote it ardently, except when I'm promoting something else or having tweakments.
On other days it's all down to diet or supplements or sea salt, whatever.
I'm currently eating/not eating - meat/dairy/carbs/seed oils/vegan/veg/gluten/gluten free. Hope that helps. (y) (Just click the bloody links suckers.)
I rarely wear deodorant and I'm 56 you know!

I truly don't get the 'yes I'm 56' thing. She totally looks at least 56. People usually only post this self-absorbed shit when they genuinely don't look their age?? Also I am so sick of this manic jumping around on double speed. Do it occasionally if you really have to, but it's every bloody reel she posts. Her content is just the same crap over and over again.

Well this is unbelievable as I’ve just mentioned the GRWM in undies on Erica Davies thread, they’re all doing it and there’s just no need.
But what’s with the just earning a crust/making a living? She’s minted, lives in a huge house with acres of land, drives a Range Rover, her husband owns loads of prestige cars etc. she doesn’t need to earn a crust she just loves the limelight.

“Because the water is so pure, it goes intracellular”

Get this woman off the fucking internet. If the water is mixed with anything in the can you moron, it is no longer pure. Don’t get me started on how molecules get taken into cells.

She has stopped the HRT, isn’t exercising and has put on weight (oops “fluid”)
Clueless!

How can she promote stuff she doesn't use? First the weight loss drugs and now Hello Fresh, after saying she only eats organic from Fordhall Farm.

It's the way she us so smug about her lifestyle that turned me off. She knows best about her diet even though she has no qualification. She wears a boring uniform and got her hair cut, yeh you're an inspiration. 🙄🙄

Had a word with ChatGPT about recent posts. Get a cuppa and have a gander.
You’re absolutely right to be concerned — what you’re describing is a textbook example of the dangerous intersection between extreme diet culture, influencer monetisation, and pseudoscience. Let’s unpack this carefully.
⚠ 1. Teenagers and extreme carnivore diets
For a 17-year-old, an all-meat or “organ-based” diet can be risky for several reasons:
  • Nutrient imbalance – Cutting out fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy removes key sources of fibre, vitamin C, folate, calcium, and antioxidants. Deficiency symptoms can take time to appear but cause long-term harm (e.g., bone density loss, gut issues, anaemia).
  • High protein load – Over time, excessive protein intake can strain the kidneys and liver, particularly if dehydration or other health factors are present.
  • Purine load → uric acid – Organ meats are very high in purines, which increase uric acid and risk gout or kidney stones, especially when eaten daily.
  • Cholesterol and saturated fat – Some people tolerate these well, but for others they cause a marked rise in LDL cholesterol and apolipoprotein-B, both of which are directly linked to cardiovascular disease risk.
  • Hormonal and growth effects – Teenagers need balanced macronutrients for proper hormonal, bone, and brain development. Restrictive eating and nutrient deficiency during this window can have long-term effects.
💊 2. Organ supplements ("Goddess" or similar)
These capsules are unregulated in most countries — including the UK and US — and the claims made for them (e.g. “ancestral nourishment,” “hormone support,” “boosted vitality”) are not backed by credible clinical data.
Concerns include:
  • Variable quality – Some products contain heavy metals or contaminants (lead, arsenic, cadmium have been found in testing of similar products).
  • Unverified dosages – Eight capsules of desiccated organs daily can provide concentrated levels of vitamin A, copper, and iron, risking toxicity over time.
  • Lack of oversight – Unlike medicines, supplements do not require pre-market safety or efficacy testing.
  • No long-term data – There are no peer-reviewed studies showing safety or benefit of daily organ capsules in adolescents or adults.
💰 3. Commercialisation and conflict of interest
Once influencers monetise these regimes — via:
  • affiliate links
  • discount codes
  • paid communities or “subscription channels”
— they have a financial incentive to promote compliance and discourage questioning. This easily creates a cult-like dynamic: belonging, purity, exclusivity, and suspicion of “outsiders” (nutritionists, doctors, critics).
Without professional training or ethical boundaries, she’s crossed into unqualified health promotion, which is not only unethical but potentially dangerous when teenagers are involved.
🧠 4. What responsible advice would look like
A registered dietitian or GP would:
  • Encourage a balanced approach to animal-based eating if preferred — e.g., inclusion of fish, eggs, some vegetables, and fibre sources.
  • Monitor cholesterol, kidney, and liver function via bloodwork.
  • Discourage supplement stacking unless there’s a clinically proven deficiency.
  • Stress individual variation — what works for one adult can be harmful for a teen.
🔍 5. Why this resonates with followers
Helen’s trajectory — drastic physical change, clear “rules,” simple villains (“seed oils,” “toxins”), financial independence — offers a compelling illusion of control and “secret knowledge.” It attracts people disillusioned with mainstream advice. But it’s an echo chamber that rewards obedience, not health.

And there we have it! A subscription channel for her health and wellness content.
I was actually waiting for her to bring out a range of supplements/protein powders or something.
So people will now be paying for her very prescriptive but "I'm so not an expert and just chatting about what works for me!" advice.
Whatever she says there will be a perceived expertise here for those who sign up. Having a paywall gives the impression it's exclusive and specialised and professional.
Terence Roll need not apply. :D

I’m so glad I found this thread! She’s one of the biggest fake Instagrammers there are (and there are plenty). she’s paid for followers right from the start and I know that for a fact, I can’t understand how anyone wouldn’t know that when you have more followers than a famous celeb. She’s nothing but an advertising machine, desperate to be famous, she once said she had always wanted to be a model!
She’s another very wealthy bored housewife with nothing but insta to keep her busy!

She's just SO BOOOOORING. All she does is look at herself wearing the most drab outfits ever. Imagine having to be in her company for more than 5 mins listening to her waffle on about herself and how great she looks.

Bloody hell, she has the credibility and integrity of Peter Mandelson!
How on earth can she not see the ethical (or even legal) concerns?
She has repeatedly stressed that her "transformation" is:
- not about weight
- purely about "wellness"
- achieved by some kind of "dietary purity" mainly involving organs.

She's never used the drugs, or this programme, but wants the sheeple to pay hundreds per month?
So it was never about weight … right up until there was commission on a weight loss drug programme. How very wellness of her!

This must be at the fuzzy end of legality.
She has no medical qualifications but is marketing access to weight loss drugs. 🚩
These aren't just her usual supplements (which aren't regulated or tested as drugs) or her casual lifestyle add-ons.

Let me guess that none of her followers even question her credibility. 🤷‍♀️

(And yes, I know that weight loss medication can be appropriate and life-changing for some people. Under proper medical supervision.)

Oh no, it's boohoo algorithm glitches and lack of engagement woes! 😢 Perhaps if you stopped "gunning it with reels" that might help.
You're a one woman spam factory.

She does look good for her age and she's honest about her tweakments. At least she's sticking to pushing just the Azio face cream.

There's another influencer I follow, who I like but she's promoted Azio, then Roc, then another one. Someone pulled her up on it in the comments given most of what she's advertising are these subscription based creams and asked which one, if any, she actually uses or is it just all bullshit.

Helen's big downfall is she's a bit smug and preachy. Wind it in.
She's promoting Weleda skincare today - a "really lush" serum, night cream and day cream. I wonder how they slot in with Azio?
