As you say think its related to what videos you watch
So they want you to spend less time scrolling but tell you to make more content and post daily. I am befuddled here!

Anyone having problems with IG I got a message about automated activities.
For me insta shot itself in the foot. Reels are just tiktoks, I barely see posts from people I follow and there's so many ads.
Also I just seem to post less on social media the older I get.
