I can't tell whether its otherlined and plumped lips or fillers but if it is fillers, shes been getting them since she was at least 21 based on how her lips look in this music video so i wouldnt be surprised if she herself doesn't actually realise how big and different they look compared to old photos, she's probably used to them being big
