Many of these things have been avaliable on disability settings on phones for years. Now everyone is using them. Send me a voice note, deleted.

But apparently people celebrating St George’s Day today are “the thickest people in the country”.

Oh for goodness sake I clench my jaw and also bite into my inner cheek when I'm stressed and also in my sleep. I sometimes wake up with a gouge in my cheek from hanging on to it. It's utterly annoying and a bit wierd but in no way would I describe it as OCD or ND.

If she actually understood OCD she wouldn’t be so happily diagnosing herself! I’ve been diagnosed since lockdown and it’s the nightmares, intrusive horrible thoughts (ie my children dying!) constant cleaning, overwhelming thoughts, anxiety and more. It’s draining both physically and mentally!

I know cleaning doesn’t affect everyone with OCD but after seeing her cooker we can be sure she most definitely does not have OCD

I managed to train myself out of the jaw clenching in sleep - but only after I’d broken loads of my filled back teeth in half and had to have them removed.
