yes it seems that they would have for the start of the school year. She must be super sure the court outcome will fall in her favour if she hangs in there long enough. But the older the daughter gets the harder it is to move a teenager, when they get close friends and their own opinions!
It does look like the kids are in the US, might be an old photo though.
The kids must have gone home. If you read her stuff they’re clearly going back. If they were going to move with her they’d have come along when she first went out.

She never posts anything, so why would anyone suddenly pay? Unless shes banking on people being nosey and wanting to see what's going on with the kids/her ex?? I just think its bizarre to not post, tell people so little so we aren't invested in her page and then thinking people will suddenly pay for what is essentially an instagram page.

I was a tiny bit tempted as I’m so intrigued by what’s going on with her private life but also couldn’t bare to give her the satisfaction of signing up. Surely you gotta tempt people in with a few titbits first.

She hasn’t said what you get for subscribing - I’m really not that interested in her private life I’d pay monthly for a drip feed on it. More main character syndrome!

I wouldn’t wish a long court battle on anyone, nor want to put kids through it. I also sympathise with someone living in a country they’re not totally happy in. But all this seems to be another manifestation of Bethie’s impulsive behaviour and her continued lack of understanding that the world won’t just bend to meet you. She could have waited another few years, her kids would be well into their teens (even waited till they were done with school) and moved back. She just didn’t want to, but the result is a lot of upset and sadness for her own children.
