How often do you change your pjs?

Also, bedding... weekly or fortnightly?

I just don’t wear pyjamas
Change the bedding weekly (every Saturday) although I live by myself so could probably get away with fortnightly, I actually enjoy doing the washing!

2-3 days pyjamas and bed sheets every 4-5 days ( I’m a bit particular about it). I live in my own so I don’t have other beds to change.

Because I’m working from home, I keep my pj pants on and only change my top for video calls. I just fancy staying in my pjs when sitting in the house as it’s the comfiest. Then change them every night. If I have been dressed that day I might get another night out of them. Bedding mostly weekly but I wouldn’t be too arsed if I missed a week.

Pj's i usually get about 3/4 days wear out of them. Bedding the kids gets changed weekly, ours every fortnight
