I pretty much live in mine (it's very rare I actually get dressed as I never go anywhere or see anyone really) so I change into a different pair every night after my shower and then wear them until the following night usually.
Bedding is changed every Sunday.

2 days for pyjamas and I usually change my bed clothes every 5-7 days as the washing powder smell goes off them.
