How often do you change your pjs?

I wear different PJs every night but I shower before bed so doesn’t make sense to then put on worn ones. Plus I think you sweat more than you think when you’re sleeping so I wouldn’t want to wear the same ones twice but it does cause more washing x

Pjs daily. I've a few diff pairs and just vest top and shorts a lot of the time. If I'm wearing joggers for a day at home I'll stick them in the wash basket too. Feels weird to me putting on worn clothes after a shower!

I have a related question I've always wondered about other people - who sleeps in their underwear (be it underwear under PJs or just underwear)?
Ever since I was a kid my mum told me you don't wear underwear to bed as you need certain things to ~breathe~, so it's just normal for me not to, however I know people who do sleep in underwear.
The only time I would wear underwear to bed is if I was at a sleepover.
*Cue people telling me I'm a weirdo and that my mum was talking rubbish*

I only sleep in underwear if it’s my time of the month, I wouldn’t usually. Although I did have a friend that slept in a bra because her boobs were really big and she got backache when she didn’t have a bra on.
I think the bra would be the worst for me, I can’t stand wearing one in the day!

Haven't worn jim-jams for years as I get really hot. Sleep in the raw as boxers used to get a bit, erm, 'trappy.' Bed sheets at undisclosed intervals. There's only me though.

Useless fact, but Bungle from Rainbow walked around naked all day and then put clothes on when he went to bed.

I put on fresh PJ's everyday. I just like the feeling of being nice and clean after a shower. I wear long pj trousers in the evenings which I will get two evenings out of but I change into shorts before bed and those get thrown into the laurdry basket every morning. I think I am a PJ hoarder
