How often do you change your pjs?

Nightwear is changed twice a week, bedding once a week.

Ditto. I only wear pjs the moment I am getting into bed and change when I wake up (into loungewear lol, I don't have my life together enough to be fully dressed at home everyday) and I shower in the evenings so they don't really get dirty/worn in a day. This depends on the weather of course, in summer I usually change every couple of days.

With bedding, I try to do it every week but I can get lazy and stretch it to 10-12 days at times as I truly dread changing the duvet covers lol.

I never stay in my pjs all day even if I’m in all day - always change into loungewear

I wear my pjs for about an 2 hours a night and to sleep in and they get changed every 3 nights.
Bedding is every Sunday apart from the mattress protector which is every other week.

Daily it would be weird to wear them again for me. I sleep naked so I put some on when I first wake up until I have a shower put them in the washing basket and in the evening I change into a fresh pair until I go to bed. So 2 sets a day then really.

I wear pjs for two nights unless I’ve been lounging around for ages in them then they’d be a one wear only.

Putting the cover on the duvet is my most hated chore in the world. Why is it so hard!

Last time I wore PJs was as a hospital in-patient. Bedding changed every Friday morning clean for shabbat.

PJs, depends. If I shower/ bath at night, I wear clean PJs, if I am planning to shower in the morning I might re-wear them but never wear more than twice
