At the moment I'm pretty much living in my pjs so change every day.
Bedding every week/10 days, pillow case every couple of days.

PJs, depends. If I shower/ bath at night, I wear clean PJs, if I am planning to shower in the morning I might re-wear them but never wear more than twice

Because I’m working from home, I keep my pj pants on and only change my top for video calls. I just fancy staying in my pjs when sitting in the house as it’s the comfiest. Then change them every night. If I have been dressed that day I might get another night out of them. Bedding mostly weekly but I wouldn’t be too arsed if I missed a week.
After reading this thread, I’m now going to be wondering if everyone I speak to on Teams next week is wearing pyjamas

I worked with a women who lived alone and would strip and wash her bedding EVERY MORNING! She would then tumble dry, iron and have it back on her bed that night.

No pjs around here and bedding stays 2 nights max and then must be changed as I can't seem to get a decent night sleep if the bedding isn't fresh 
Last time I wore PJs was as a hospital in-patient. Bedding changed every Friday morning clean for shabbat.
I have a related question I've always wondered about other people - who sleeps in their underwear (be it underwear under PJs or just underwear)?
Ever since I was a kid my mum told me you don't wear underwear to bed as you need certain things to ~breathe~, so it's just normal for me not to, however I know people who do sleep in underwear.
The only time I would wear underwear to bed is if I was at a sleepover.
*Cue people telling me I'm a weirdo and that my mum was talking rubbish*
ETA: I do obviously wear underwear when I'm on.

I only sleep in underwear if it’s my time of the month, I wouldn’t usually. I think the bra would be the worst for me, I can’t stand wearing one in the day!
PJ’s I will wear twice ( I don’t go commando or anything) I wash my bed sheets every Thursday.
I put on fresh PJ's everyday. I just like the feeling of being nice and clean after a shower. I wear long pj trousers in the evenings which I will get two evenings out of but I change into shorts before bed and those get thrown into the laurdry basket every morning. I think I am a PJ hoarder
