She's only doing her community service til 1 apparently strange job that isn't it..normally, in a proper job you'd be there most of the day learning the ropes....she chats absolute bollocks

Am I going deaf or did she say she is working in retail management? Don't you need to actually have worked in retail before, wasnt she a builder and a chef.. and you would expect management to be more than £12 an hour, I'm on more than that and not management.
