I think he seems to go along with what Holly wants to do because she can’t sit still and not exercise. He naturally probably has more stamina and he eats a lot more than Holly. She will only eat rye bread and sweet potatoes (carb wise) whereas he seems to eat whatever he feels like eating.
Angelo may well be aware of Holly’s past, but it doesn’t mean that he has to become her carer and stop running himself or change his diet to try to prevent her ED behaviours that have never gone away.
Holly was determined to start running again, but as it has coincided with Angelo coming onto the scene he is being labelled as both responsible for her excessive exercise and supposedly his own. I don’t know enough about him or see enough of his daily routine to label him as an exercise addict with an eating disorder.
Angelo is not suddenly an extension of Holly because they are in a relationship and should be free to exercise if he wants to without being accused of trying to trigger her. Holly is an adult and is responsible for herself. If Angelo wasn’t around and Holly was running daily which I can guarantee that she would do - who would you blame other than Holly herself?

Bingo. I think this is what draws them together, they're both control freaks when it comes to their health to the point it's actually detrimental. I can't think of anything else they would have in common.They are probably made for each other in the sense they value having control of diet/exercise more than anything else in their lifes.
They allow their obsessive minds to control their lifes, thinking about next meal or next workout. Do they watch any tv shows together, like any reality stars, follow any sports leagues or even have interest in fashion. There is nothing in common in terms of shared interests because they simply have no interests.I can't think of anything else they would have in common.

On another note, she wears that Vegan vest morning and evening run pretty much daily, is she washing between wears or literally wearing the same top none stop. Yes, quite like Ben and Mary’s videos.Is anyone familiar with Mary and Ben Bridges (Thismesshappy) ? Someone had mentioned in comments that they were a running couple based in Bangkok and Holly should check them out, she had responded she knew them already and had previously used there coaching services. It looks like they both follow each other on Strava.
Anyway Ben and Mary are both 40+ experienced runners and PE Teachers, they have wealth of experience in field, it looks like when racing in Thailand they both have success in placing in races. Yet they train normally, under 40 miles per week, not crazy double days or over 100km like Holly and Angelo. It is no wonder she isnt coached by him anymore as any decent coach would soon tell them some home truths. Its crazy Angelo has never ran a marathon before yet Holly is copying his training every move, just to have excessive mileage and probably to try and beat him.

Yeah this! And it's so weirdly intense too, like - Holly was always like "I need my space, I like doing things by myself, I need my freedom" etc etc but now she's spending all day every day with Angelo and I'm just like man, no matter how crazily in love you are, it must just get exhausting at some point? And especially when you're doing crazy intense running training every day on top of that, like that's already exhausting and stressful in and of itself. I think it’s for search/clickbait. So many people are wanting the “expat” life these days that those videos get more attention now than travel vlogs I think. I think the it factor will eventually wear off tho when people realize that none of these people are actually doing the required things to “live” somewhere and therefore it’s no different than travel/holiday contentGenuine question, why do so many influencers now say that they’re ‘living’ in a country when it’s just a long holiday?
