I’ve always liked her but have started to more and more think she has a bit of an unhealthy relationship with instagram.

Today on her story, she showed endless footage of her going down water slides. I get wanting to document your vacation but seriously WHO goes down a bunch of water slides WHILE recording themselves on their phone to insta story the whole thing? That’s just bonkers. Can you not just live in the moment for once and not make it about your Instagram?

After that silliness she revealed she’s been blocked from posting feed photos on Instagram after excessively liking things to the point where they think she’s a bot. And it affects her so deeply not to be able to post for a week? It’s actually troubling how often she says things like this. Putting so much weight on social media in this way is kind of disturbing.

Anyway. She seems like a lovely gal at heart but also a cautionary tale on developing unhealthy relationships with Instagram or any other social platform.

I think it’s laughable for her to state she looks like Audrey. Her face is far too round to emulate her. Just because she has brown hair. Gosh, she’s so up herself.

A couple months ago she shared a story about how people tell her she looks like Audrey Hepburn 2-3 times a week. Anyone else remember that?

And wow her stories are showing her true colors. She gets a few legit questions about breaking rules to illegally photograph in London and thinks everyone is out for her and those who question it are beneath her?!?!

I didn’t realise she had a thread on here so I made one on GG so I’ll say the same thing I said there:

Her story a few days ago really rubbed me up the wrong way. She apologies for her insensitive post about her wedding and then immediately jumps on to justifying herself. Saying she’s so nice IRL and nobody knows who she really is etc.

Fine, self love and all that.

but then she goes on to say that she never asked for all of her followers. But she did. The moment you become a content creator the goal is followers, but besides that I HAVE seen her asking for followers when she approaches her next milestone. She WANTS these followers and definitely has asked in the past.

I even recall seeing another influencer (can’t remember who) congratulate her on a milestone saying: I remember when you were upset and crying because you weren’t growing and now look!

so yeah, she wants them.

Not only that though, but I feel like she’s just lucky with where she lives. She’s admitted herself she’s not that creative & she’s breaking lockdown to get pictures for the gram? What? Relying on your backdrops and pretty face is pretty cheap imo and this lockdown has shown who the true “creatives” on Instagram are...

Then one final thing: I don’t think Jordan has much influence at all. For someone close to 100kfollowers, when she did the muddy dog challenge it took her MONTHS to get over £20 in donations and she only got a good amount when the donations were about to close and she kept posting about it nonstop, normally with that high a following you should be able to raise a good sum of money from the get-go?

Jordan shouldn’t be in London. The stay home alert has been dropped but it’s been changed to stay local. Inner london is NOT local to Jordan, she’s already bending the rules

Well went ahead and unfollowed her!!

The girl used to be interesting but whatever “fame” she thinks she has has clearly gone to her head. The constant pouty, batting her eyes like a vapid twat, look at me in another gifted dress I begged for whole gallivanting around in lockdown existence is so so SO not a good look.

I wish Tom happiness with someone else MUCH less self-involved and more concerned about her community.

Their wedding will be all for the gram too. You can imagine it, I bet you she’ll have a photobooth set up with an ethereal backdrop.

Tbh I think she’s a snoozefest. The only things we actually see from her is that she likes disney, theatre, instagram a bit too much & she sings. Yeah her feed is pretty but where’s the personality? Beyond complaining and superficial things, I mean.

I'm feeling so sad for her now, I want to look after her and tell her she's lovely as she is. As much of a knob as she's been I hate the idea of her suffering like that and feeling that way

So... c’mon. WHO is seriously going to buy one of her prints?? She is not Annie Leibovitz.

Even if for some unbeknownst reason you did want one, you could screen grab and print for for £1 or 2 on your own. I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the quality is plenty good enough for a standard print. Screenshots are even better on my MacBook Pro. I’ve been working with lawyers to copyright protect images at work and it’s interesting. Anything taken from Instagram would be hard to make an actionable case against unless an image is used commercially so if a 12 year old wants a print they can just go get one made.

Also amazed she didn’t have the foresight to watermark the images in her “store” to incentivize someone to purchase a clean print. Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom both have a watermark feature that’s so simple it will add yours by default.... Oh well. Perhaps her brain is mush after all.

(But if do you start watermarking Jordan, I’ll take that as confirmation you read this thread. And you’re welcome for the free common sense advice )

Yeah I agree.

I’m pretty sure she just got the item for free though and wasn’t paid to review it. Either way, I appreciate the honesty (even though I didn’t see this story in particular).

If she had BDD she wouldn’t be posting all those images of herself online, she would be hiding away. My sister suffers from it and can barely leave the house. She’s beautiful but thinks she’s a monster and refuses to ever gave her photo taken
