The going sober is a control issue. I have a friend like that. Runs her own business, runs her husband and children’s lives. Hated anyone seeing her out of control, so gave up drinking. Very much full steam ahead into the mum life content isnt it.

I think a lot of influencers of that era (zaana, tally, alice, etc) struggle to know what to post and are dwindling in engagement, so are buzzing at a new “era” for fresh content- eg wedding, babies etc. prime example being zaana and her minor injury resulting in a whole fresh batch of “recovery” content

I unfollowed her a few years back. She’s from my area and she is just a dull privileged white girl with no life experience.
She literally made her eating disorder her personality for years. I think she struggled for a couple of years at most? Not to invalidate her experience but I myself and many other women I know have been through this and didn’t build a career off the back of it. In fact, it’s uncomfortable to talk about. I just find her weird and attention seeking

Her personality now revolves around being sober. Fine, don’t drink, but it’s all she’s got. Plus she has no chance with her brand competing against the big players in no/low alcohol.

Posting a picture of herself and 'spontaneous day of tests' is giving the vibe of going in for something like reduced movements which is really common to go in and get checked for... posting about it but not saying why you were in feels like checking into hospital on Facebook and saying 'inbox me hun xx' when people ask if you're ok
