I am sure Charles (and Camilla) must feel irritated that Ginge keeps dredging up Diana and what a saint she was and yet he appears to be welcoming him back. The Diana, wronged wife of a heartless husband and his mistress doesn't sit easily with the image of Charles and Camilla as the perfect couple.
Even a blind man can see how good Camilla is for Charles

Diana is of the past - not a perfect goddess, but a flawed individual, just like most of us. These 'anniversaries' have become rather tiresome for the many, meaningful for merely a few.
I agree. I liked Diana. And yes she was flawed like most other human beings are. For the record, I always liked Camilla too, and I think it's clear that she and Charles are very happy together.

Harry deeply disrespects the memory of his mother, imo, by continuing to shoehorn her name, and the fact that she died when he was young, into absolutely everything. William is on record as having said something along the lines of her death either making or breaking him. And that he was determined it would not break him. He too suffered the loss of his mother, at a young age, but has never sought to draw attention to that fact, for the sake of it.

Just read this in the DE and howling with laughter at a review of ‘Waaagh‘ written at the time of its release ….. see BIB

Jenny Bond, a royal commentator claims that Prince Harry’s “anger” has become “very expensive”. In her column for the i newspaper she says: “Harry has always been a hothead, one who refuses to adopt the Windsor stiff upper lip when things go wrong. In a way, it’s quite refreshing.”

In his book, which was described in one review at the time as “the longest angry drunk text ever sent”, he reveals that he sought therapy for his anger. But still, it seems, he just can’t help himself.

She added: “I don’t know how much he has paid his therapists, but it doesn’t seem to have worked. Now the result of all that anger may well cost him dear.”

“But by any standards, the Prince is a very rich man – however much he protests about his finances – and if he has to pay out big-time, it will hurt his pride more than his pocket.”
We all know that Harry claims to have had therapy, of many different types, but has any therapist ever admitted to Hazno being their patient/client? I don't think it would do their reputation any good.

Love how the profess their magical love story over the last few years. Remember the time she had an iPhone in his face as he was proposing to her. So magical Meghan. The whole farce would sicken you

I'm a bit of sceptic when it comes to polls of any kind because they're always skewed by the people chosen to participate and may not accurately reflect the views of the wider general population.

My daughter only knows who Princess Diana was because I told her and even then she wasn't particularly interested. I seem to remember the response was "oh" (pause) "what's for dinner?"
I really don't believe that young people care about a Princess who died before they were born and their views are skewed by whichever source they got their information from.

It's only Diana's contemporaries who can remember her now and most of us moved on a long time ago.
My children are similar. Both born in the 90s (in fact I was battling bad morning sickness at about 3 months pregnant with my 2nd when she died) and while they 'know who she was' on a superficial level, they've no interest beyond that. This 30th anniversary stuff will completely pass them by, I guarantee it.

Added to that, Diana wasn't a saint by any means. I got hold of a copy of the housekeeper's book (Wendy something) and I was surprised I felt more sympathy for Charles than Diana reading it. Diana was spiteful to Charles because she could be, and used the boys as weapons purely to hurt. Ultimately, she didn't have the emotional maturity to deal with her feelings for Charles while keeping the boys out of her arsenal of revenge. Whatever the rights and wrongs of the adults, the book implies Diana did a far worse job of protecting the boys from the situation compared to Charles.

As for the nuisance phonecalls she made, the less said the better. Again, totally inappropriate and emotionally messed up for a woman in her 30s. I think William is well aware of his mother's flaws, and was arguably more subjected to the worst of them, while still loving her as his mum. Harry, like Diana, doesn't have the emotional maturity as an adult to see that.

There's a new spread reveal:

She appears to be running out of types of berry but I'm sure, to keep in with her theme, she'll drop a video of her picking these 😂

Does anyone know if this documentary about Diana is being produced by Nutflux or by Archewell (or whatever name they are using now for their own brand) and they are going to offer the finished article to Nutflux hoping they will buy it?

They may have gone to all this trouble to get shots of Diana’s home and her grave surrounded by weeping flatpacks only for them to say “No thanks, nobody’s interested in Diana these days.”

Well, friends, here it is. Living, digital proof of the kind of people who support the Harkles. It is a few years old and came out around the time Harry’s ANL lawsuit was filed, I believe

You could be right about the polls, and many don't trust them though they seem to be consistent.

The mistake The Palace made imo was to try and trash Diana shortly after her marriage to Chuck, and sanitise Camilla who consistently remains low in the same polls year after year despite a ruthless campaign and millions of pounds in PR by b'stard Bolland. Chuck coldy pushed ahead with what he wanted, and the fiction that he's soft and kindly is a joke.

Fault on both sides, but people still don't like how she was treated. This is reflected in comments. Catherine and William are likened to Diana. The Ho trying to be Diana, channel Diana, the Tapes corrupted. There's a reason for this.

I used to be ambivalent about her, but the more I've learned the worse it seems, and it's only thanks to the Internet. They never let her know the Bashir bank statements were fake though they knew, and let her stew in fear she was being spied on and laughed at her paranoia. Shauna Kay makes the point that Cam wasn't monitored, but MI5 and BP were always looking for dirt on Diana. No matter how long she's been dead, wicked is wicked and is not erased by the passing years.

I am aware of the fact that it is an old photo.

As I said, even when he presumably still believed that she loved him - ie before they married - he didn't look like that. That photo has been altered/ filtered, imo, to make him look passable.
I agree, I said the same upthread. His smile just isn’t like that, it never has been in any photo we’ve seen

Lady CC is stating that she has reliable sources telling her that Meghan’s photo dump is because she is losing Harry. Not the great love story anymore.

i would also think the photos came out because of the Wales’ photo montage that was released.
Lady C says lots of things, but always toes the party line and only appears outrageous on inconsequential nuggets then says she can't disclose anything for legal reasons. Saying this gives the impression she's in the know but the soul of discretion, and nobody can prove it either way as her predictions are like an oasis vanishing when you approach it. In this way she stays afloat in TV studios like a Portuguese man-o-war with her sac of hot air.
TM was a soft target for her, no NDA required.

I don't know how Rebecca English BP mouthpiece can sit in a TV studio and ask how: 1. Harry can complain about privacy when the Ho posts extraordinary photos?
2. Was the Sussex reunion with KC a 1st step in inveigling themselves back into the UK?

Neither of these questions was posed without BP approval. She's trying to sound like an investigative journalist but is just parroting 🦜 🐦 🦜 what she's been told, to gaslight us. They think we're stupid.

The RF definitely saw Diana as a threat because she was the most popular and they didn't like that. As you say the general public still sees Chuck as an adulterer and Camilla as his mistress. Despite their efforts to get the public on side a lot of people have never forgiven Chuck and Camilla for what they did behind her back and that dirt will stick to them until they die (rightly or wrongly). Camilla also gets lambasted on her looks when compared to beautiful Diana (which I feel is unfair).

If Diana hadn't died so young the RF might have been more successful in readdressing the balance so that the public would see she wasn't a perfect Princess. Inevitably Diana's good looks would have faded and she might have done any number of things to ensure a fall from grace including marrying the wrong man or having too many affairs, hanging out with 'Epstein' types or getting involved with some sort of scandal. I'm convinced that Harry would have fallen out with her over whoever she chose as her new partner.

Harry is approaching the age when men, especially, are made redundant/let go if they're in a job where they ain't cutting the mustard.
Considering he's not working, and basically unemployable, he has to cling to what he's got: dwindling patronages etc.
He's pathetic and I believe he knows only MartyrMummy brings attention.

This is the Botswana photo. So pre marriage when Smeg was still trying to ensnare the Dimwit.
I think Smeg was at the she will do anything stage and that is why the idiot has the big smile.
She got the ring and that was the end of her giving out the goods for free.
They're very stupid to be standing in this water, though I was hoping someone would photoshop a crocodile in just behind them. 🐊🐊🐊

"Bilharzia (schistosomiasis) risk in Botswana exists primarily in slow-moving or stagnant freshwater bodies, though the main fast-flowing sections of major tourist rivers like the Okavango Delta generally present a lower or localized risk. The infection is caused by parasitic worms released from freshwater snails that penetrate the skin during water contact."

Though rare, it can affect the brain...

  • Seizures or fits
  • Bad headaches and confusion
  • Stroke-like signs or weak muscles

According to the author Michael Wolff she hung out on occasion with the man himself in the mid 90s. Who knows how that might have ended up? Diana and Fergie were both on the prowl in NY during that time period. I'd like to think Diana was more careful about people than Fergie, but then again she ended up with the Fayeds, so who knows?

ITA about Haz. If Diana had remarried and had more children he wouldn't have been competing solely with William. A stepdad (who may not have tolerated crappy behaviour as much as the RF did), plus a longed-for daughter and/or another son would have provoked a meltdown at some point. Especially if any kids looked as much like her as William does.

Exactly Diana wasn't overly bright and she'd be subject to the same predators that Fergie used to fund her extravagant lifestyle. Inevitably she would have been photographed on yachts with the wealthy elite and could have ended up going down much the same route as Fergie, although I do think she would have wanted to remarry and she may not have been quite as degenerate.

Dredging up!
Left to Harry he would have her dug up, mummified, dressed in the wedding dress, put on display and charge people to see her
Like Juan Peron did with Eva- even he drew the line at charging people to see her though. (I read somewhere that he had her formaldehyded corpse sitting at the dinner table and ate with her every evening.)
