Hmmm. Bit vague but Sounds like there's a 'transition period' where they can live off the family for a while longer then they need to show they can be financially independent. They have to have a plan in place as they can't monetise the royal names and they have to be careful who they go into business with. I think they'll lose the hrh. It is weird that they're named Harry and Meghan as all announcements usually have their titles in.
