I agree! Also maybe if she gets the chance to go back to the hair dressers to get some layers. I feel like that would give it some texture to her straight hair.

Curiosity here. I just watched her food trends lockdown style vid where she makes the different meal kits. Is she introducing dairy into her diet again? I remember she mentioned that it was no longer making her as ill, so was just wondering if she had said anything more explicit about it that I missed, because she ate the pizzas with her family and it was definitely real cheese.

I just love grackle! You can tell she just loves creating content. I wonder why she turns off her comments on her instagram stories and when she asks for advice etc she gives her email. Sometimes when she posted a story I just want to quickly comment saying how funny and entertaining she is. Also Jessie is a little bit of a sort...

I completely agree-we've all got far more time on our hands and are expecting far too much from what is essentially just young people making some videos for fun.

I only started watching anything on youtube last year when I started working from home and had lunch hours to fill. I really loved Grace's back catalogue and I watched probably everything she did. I don't have a problem with her being quite childish, I've seen far worse in 20-somethings. Lots of things that suggest "maturity", like living away from your parents doesn't improve someone's capabilities or create more interesting content- look at ClickforTaz who I genuinely feel a bit concerned about given her lack of basic skills like the ability to eat to keep herself healthy, or EmmaRectangle, who has gotten terribly boring and repetitive and never gets videos up on her schedule and always seems miserable and complains about how much she has to do while not really doing anything?

She has a lot of motivation and social skills and that can carry you a long way when she does move out.

My only gripe really want how she went to Brighton for a nice day swimming in the sea with her friend when we were all being told to "stay local". I was also a bit miffed with all the trips to the supermarkets but it's not bad in the grand scheme, just thought it would be bonus content to see her plan things like that. Like, to see the thought go into "hey guys, I can't go to the supermarket every day to get stuff for my videos, so watch me plan, and then we'll go do one big shop".

Yeah, it’s a difficult time for creators. I do think she and Honor were both being OTT in the opening video compared to how Grace normally is and I think it’s fair to comment on it when she’s suddenly very different to how she normally is (which is what we all watch for, her normal self).

I think she’s probably feeling the pressure of coming up with videos, but I wish she’d realise most of her audience will probably watch her do anything, when she’s being herself her personality is more than enough to carry videos even when she’s just doing something like making dinner for her family. She doesn’t need the big hook like Taz does, Grace herself is enough.

For me, as a dairy free person, it’s very hard to be dairy free when it’s not a choice. I’m not lactose intolerant but allergic to cows milk and yeah I sneak in a bit of cheese and chocolate and suffer the consequences big time but I don’t judge her and it’s very hard to remove diary completely when it’s something that’s so very tasty! I also take allergy tablets when I know I’ll have dairy so she could be taking lactose pills as I’ve seen them in Holland and Barrett

I am lactose intolerant and do the same tbh, I just have to make sure I am at home the next day weirdly I don't usually have an issue with chocolate, but anything like cheese/butter etc has awful effects
But didn't she say she was allergic to dairy not lactose intolerant? I had to google it as I had no idea they were two different things

It makes sense! I live further north than Manchester and here most places that can reasonably be called the city or town have at least one of the two, but I think our city areas are smaller than London/Manchester so they prob need a bigger radius.

That’s only the church of zEngland, the Catholic Church still don’t even have female priests and as people have said the type of church she is a member of tends to be more “fundamentalist”

They only thing I would fine 'weird' is that it looks like a mega church? I would have assumed they would go for a more traditional vibe church. But what do I know, never been to church myself.
Her family seems down to earth and normal and as long as they are accepting of other people, I'm fine with it. I guess for outsiders it might seem cult like to live your life for the church but if that makes you happy?

I like Grace a lot, she seems kind and fun. Her dad is hilarious.

LT have a very strong union ( one of the few companies who do in the uk) layoffs would be difficult I think

It's also public sector, they will only be furloughed, not laid off I'm sure.

You can always message the church through its public platforms and enquire as to their views. I am sure they would be happy to tell you, most churches would!

Thank you it has been more difficult in lockdown but yeah I will be okay & know Grace wouldn't have meant it in a bad way most people wouldn't either x
