This is in rave about, start a new thread if you want to tear her apart, let’s not compare her to the likes of those three northern girls that had a fuck off party on NYE! I think for the most part she’s not done anything wrong. Why don’t you ask her the question on her morning live?
I’ve seen people ask her questions in her lives and she ignores them 🤷‍♀️ Quite a few comments went poof about it on her video as well, which obv is her choice and prerogative.

I don’t think anyone is comparing her to the girls who had a party, just saying they’re disappointed in her.

One of the problems with this thread is people not knowing what the law in the UK is at the time she recorded a segment, and just assuming they know what the law is, and then being cross at her for breaking that imaginary law.

When you carefully watch her videos and cross reference the timings with Insta you'll see she hasn't broken any law.

She hasn't even broken the official guidance.
The issue with this is a lot of the clues to at least the bubble rules being broken were on her stories, so they’ve vanished and it’s not possible to cross-reference the timings. The Honor five guys footage is in her own vlog to see still though.

As for laws, the vast majority of influencers jetting off to Dubai weren’t breaking any laws at the time they did it, but that doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to do it or broadcast it.

yeah I just saw the latest vlog and the fact they want to get married now and then have another wedding in a couple of years just screams a religious thing ... nothing wrong witht hat of course, each to their own, but (as I have said elsewhere on this thread) their church seems strict which makes me think about other (i.e. LQBTQ issues ) these kind of churches have
She was talking about her friends wedding not her sisters

Hi. I've not posted before, but I adore Grace.

Regarding the discussions to do with her religion: having grown up in (and subsequently left) a "born again" type of Christianity, I must admit that some things that she has said regarding her church have made my warning signals (if you will) go up. However, the way that she talks about her faith, which is not the same as religion, is very mature and accepting. She actually addresses it in an early Q and A.

I love Grace. Like others have said, she is a breath of fresh air. I hope she doesn't play on the childish excitement thing so that it becomes unbearable, but I honestly don't think she will. Love Grace <3

She’s just a normal girl and that’s what I love. Even though she’s becoming well known on YouTube she hasn’t changed, and I can’t imagine her doing YouTube as a full time job either. I reckon she’ll give herself summer as a break after uni (understandably, most students I know do this) and then she’ll start looking for a job in baking. I also think that her family, siblings especially, would never let the fame get to her. I don’t think that would happen anyway, but her being surrounded by people who all have normal jobs, like her parents and sister are all teachers, will keep a sense of normality in her life. It’s not like she’s Zoella surrounded by a bunch of people who don’t work either.
In her assumptions video someone did say about her doing yt full time and she was kind of not sure about it but clearly thinking about the possibility. Honestly I say go for it. Make some money while she can, maybe for a year or so. I also think she could do something really cool with her channel and her baking combined. She seems to have lots of cool ideas and is creative enough that she could potentially make this a business.

Doesn’t Grace live in Kent? If so, I’m really surprised that she isn’t being a bit more careful.
Yeh that's what I thought, has anyone called her out on this? none of the other selfish influencers breaking the rules has been a surprise at all, but with her I am really disappointed

Love how appreciative her family is of the body shop ad 😭 Also get the vibes that she'd only accept a sponsorship if it's doing good like the body shop youth homelessness campaign, hope she never compromises her values

Yeah, it’s a difficult time for creators. I do think she and Honor were both being OTT in the opening video compared to how Grace normally is and I think it’s fair to comment on it when she’s suddenly very different to how she normally is (which is what we all watch for, her normal self).

I think she’s probably feeling the pressure of coming up with videos, but I wish she’d realise most of her audience will probably watch her do anything, when she’s being herself her personality is more than enough to carry videos even when she’s just doing something like making dinner for her family. She doesn’t need the big hook like Taz does, Grace herself is enough.
yeah totally agree, I generally watch her either because something is just interesting - like those "eating like 1950s" or whatever, or just because her family seem nice and the videos are relaxing, kind of like having a friend in the background when you are home alone. That shrieking all the time did not appeal to me at all

She's been really creative lately, I've been impressed with the 70s dinner party and today's making supermarket cakes into a wedding cake (even though i know she's probably not the first person to have the idea). Her skin is so clear now!
yeh I loved that dinner party ep, I would love her to do other decades. My favourite videos of hers are the ones eating from the past, she put so much research into them

In the present swap with Honor, Honor gives her a bar of mini egg dairy milk to have after Veganuary.... am I missing something here?! I thought Grace was dairy free! I seem to remember her saying a couple of months ago there were a few developments with regard to dairy but I don’t think it was mentioned again....unless I missed it?

Does anyone know if she ever revisited that subject? I’m interested to know as I’m dairy free for the same reasons/reactions as Grace...

You can meet 1 other person not from your household out doors or he may have been in their bubble

I think it’s unfair to speculate and try turn what is a very happy time for Chloe and the family into something negative
I wasn’t trying to make anything negative, I was just pointing it out.. I like grace too but if it was one of my friends that got engaged during lockdown I’d be asking the same question

In her latest video she said last summer she was struggling with things behind the scenes, does anyone know what she’s talking about ?
I need to know what happened at Halloween in Brighton on the photo video! I thought maybe she hated Halloween as it is seen by some Christians as Witchcraft but it sounds like it was a specific incident which put her off

I love Grace she’s one of the few youtubers I watch and genuinely like. So glad everyone’s so positive on this thread but then I can’t think of anything negative to say about her.
I doubt we’d be friends if I knew her in real life as she’s got completely different interests to me but I still love her wholesome videos. Her content is so original/well researched - I’ve watched her for over a year and I’m glad she’s finally getting recognition and sent stuff from brands, she deserves it!

A lot of youtubers work backwards to become relatable but Grace seems to be genuinely like that, which is how it should be. She seems like a lovely girl and her dad is a laugh too
