I’ve never heard her say she’s allergic? If she had, it was probably a slip of the tongue. She’s defo dairy intolerant though, says her stomach doesn’t agree with it.

I don't think Grace will be going anywhere anytime soon. I don't think she'd be willing to rely on youtube for her full income in a property near London. Perhaps she'll branch out and get a part time job that can support her income?
I also think of her as too young to move!

I'll chime in as well on the acne... I had very, very bad acne as a teen and a year on accutane cleared it all up. As a teen I was heavily interested in makeup, and would not leave the house without a thick layer of foundation on. When my skin cleared up, I realised I had zero interest in makeup and it was just to cover my insecurities. It made me realise how much it affected me; to make me think I was so into makeup as a 'hobby' and it would have been such a BREATH of FRESH AIR if there was a youtuber like her when I was younger.

Totally agree, I love grace and I love most of her videos. The only negative I could say is the religion her family seem to be part of (if I am right) is one of these bizarre born again Christian ones...almost cultish

It could be that her sister hasn't known her fiance for long (replying to a comment further back) alot of very religious people do get married quite quickly after meeting I suppose because sex before marriage and sharing a bed before marriage etc. Is often frowned upon in christianity.

I think she's become more controversial because she's become more popular and more of an influencer in the past few months. I don't get the freakout about her going to the supermarket one too many times but can understand the annoyance about not declaring it AD as she should. Anyway, she makes mistakes like everyone else but I wouldn't call her immature either. I do like reading what other people think and what they would like to see more of her doing.

I think this is maybe because we have high expectations of her? She didn't do ads, she did lots of really great content that was just around her house (giant bean bag, modelling photos etc), and with all her volunteering and just seeming like a nice, happy person, makes us expect more. I was personally quite annoyed by all the trips to the shops, because for the last year I've very carefully planned the shop for the whole family, figured out meals, made sure we have everything in for a week, then only go to the shop super early in the morning to avoid people. And it feels like this would have been something Grace could do and make interesting. I was fully expecting (and would love!) to see her come up with a plan for a week of food. I'd love to see what she does when she's running low and only has a few tins in the cupboard. I really loved her crafting videos, when she was trying to find things like that to do. I guess she has that child-like fun quality I was hoping she'd inspire me to find ways to enjoy lockdown and instead it annoyed me that she was popping to the shops or for drive-throughs every other day and meeting up with friends and still having siblings over when we don't get to do that. And in terms of the ads, I don't think any of her followers would care one bit if she was doing proper ads, they're annoyed by the trying to hide it, not the actual ad!

It just seems weird, and I don’t see anyone else doing it.

They only thing I would fine 'weird' is that it looks like a mega church? I would have assumed they would go for a more traditional vibe church. But what do I know, never been to church myself.
Her family seems down to earth and normal and as long as they are accepting of other people, I'm fine with it. I guess for outsiders it might seem cult like to live your life for the church but if that makes you happy?

I like Grace a lot, she seems kind and fun. Her dad is hilarious.

Did anyone used to watch Supersizers with Sue Perkins where they used to recreate food by era and dress up in the clothing of that time period?? Graces video made me think of that show. She could definitely do a series on her channel like that. It would be cool because it’s fun to watch but also a little history lesson

Honestly I'm not sure I know of anyone who loves Christmas nearly as much as Grace though. She would be fun to be around but I can see how her family could grow a bit weary of it eventually. Anyone else really miss seeing Jesse in her videos?
