What makes her seem repressed? Genuinely curious cos it's not something she talks about at all really but I don't get the vibe that she's repressing something, just that it isn't really her brand to go in depth about people she's interested in

She’s the only youtuber who when she says she forgot to film something or couldn’t buy x so had to get y or whatever I don’t question if they are just wanting to make life easier or faking a video. She seems so genuinely excited by all her video ideas and the kind of person that would feel too guilty to lie about things like that anyway.

Interesting to hear her mention saving to move out the other day. That’ll definitely be a very new chapter when it happens.

I've just noticed in her vidoes the past few months she's gotten alot more child like and I'm finding it quite annoying to watch. I loved graces older videos from this time last year and during the summer but I'm finding myself not wanting to click on her vids now whereas before I'd be checking her channel to see if she posted.

I hope she’s making some decent money via ad sense. She doesn’t seem to have been cashing in on her rapid increase in popularity at all. It’s why people love her but I also want her to be rewarded for her awesomeness!

I really love Grace. I had a dream the other night and we were friends and went shopping? maybe I need to stop binging her videos haha. She really is a breath of fresh air.

I bet Grace is great fun to go on a shopping day out with - wish I had a friend like her - so full of energy and creativity.

Which videos of graces have we all enjoyed the most? Because I guess that points to the content she should go for... I personally really enjoyed her eating different diets, like soldiers meals, the British recommended one, different eras. I also really enjoyed when she made her own subway & Chipotle. But again those are very food based. I'd love for her to do some sit down ones about her experience as a model, there must be some interesting stories from that time in her life. I also loved when she recreated the great British bake off & actually took herself out to the garden to do little interviews i also remember cracking up at one where she just kept breaking oreos when trying to twist the tops off of them

I agree, I love when she does research on a topic, like the soldiers rations, 1950s/1960s diets, Korean food for a day, etc. Also eating the recommending serving sizes and cooking her subscribers recipes was pretty interesting. I really wish she would do more of those types of videos, less the fast food or tiktok recipes even though I know they're much easier to do especially since travelling anywhere is pretty much out of the question. More recently I enjoyed the Christmas dinners from around the world. I think there is some truth in that she was a little more natural and less "on" in the early days of her channel, same with Taz (who I don't care for all that much at all) but with such a following now maybe she feels the need to turn it up sometimes (not saying she's sold out or anything, she's one of the few ytbers I still enjoy and look forward to).

Grace is an absolute sweetheart! She deserves a lot of success with her YouTube channel as she puts so much care and attention to them. I really want to be friends of her family!

Just adding to the Grackle love. I adore her. Just watched her camping in the garden video and it was wonderful. So original and yet so simple. She's so witty and I love how supportive her family are and Banks is the best. It was this forum that got me watching and I'm so grateful. x

Absolutely love Grace! Her content is a breath of fresh air and it’s so nice to see someone outside of the usual influencer ~would sell you their granny if they could~ type.

It was so exciting watching her during that crazy period last year when her channel was really blowing up and she was gaining around 50k subscribers a day; very deserved and you can tell she never expects or takes anything for granted!

Also, so happy to hear about Chloe’s engagement! Tbh I had no idea she was even in a relationship which is credit to Grace for being so good at respecting her family’s privacy.

This is going to sound really persnickety and probably quite judgemental (so apologies for that, please call me out if this is unnecessary as I don’t want to kill the positive vibes here) but does anyone else find Grace’s mum’s voice slightly irritating? I think it’s the way she emphasises her Ss. Just wondering if anyone else knows what I mean or if I’m going mad. They’re a lovely family.

Yeah, that is very true! I don't know what Grace's exact views are but she doesn't strike me as the sort of person who would be anti-LGBTQ+. When you think about her family and how they are supportive of her YouTube channel and her past with fashion modeling - they don't strike me as the extremist type.

I have Christain friends who are part of the church and the LGBTQ+ community and other friends who support these rights but don't believe in sex before marriage or drinking for pleasure... so I guess the spectrum is so wide for these types of views!

Chloe got engaged during a lockdown, there’s no way they have been sticking to the rules

Just wanted to say that if her fiancé lives (/lived) alone he could have formed a support bubble with the booths which would have meant he and Chloe could have had a normal relationship this whole time. So doesn’t necessarily mean they broke any rules when they got engaged.

I love Grace I just caught up on some of her recent videos and the one she uploaded on the 9th on Extra Grack she was talking about that Take That song giving her "a bit PTSD" Or something and I remember in a video a few months ago she said something similar (pretty sure it was something about a cake going wrong) and PTSD and I remember being a bit upset by it because I have PTSD myself because of abuse when I was a child and been struggling more in lockdown so maybe I'm just being super sensitive but I feel like it's kinda like when people say "oh I really love cleaning its like I have OCD". I don't know if I'm maybe being too sensitive about it x

No I don't think you are being too sensitive, those sort of comments do seem to have crept in more, and it's not good. I like most of her videos and it's sad she said that.

I really like Grace and she’s one of the few youtubers I actually enjoy watching now.
However is anyone else getting tired of the constant ads on her instagram? I feel like every time I click on her story it’s a new ad

I get that times are tough for everyone but surely she could ditch the annoying insta ads and make some creative videos to make money (like her trying different decades of dinners, how people ate thoroughout history etc)

I just feel like she’s becoming another lazy YouTuber who doesn’t bother with vids because it’s easier to accept an insta brand deal

I don’t particularly think Grace is childish I just think she’s lead a very loving, sheltered and privileged life. These are by no means negatives. I just think she’s not had some of the life experiences of other people her age yet and that’s absolutely fine. I think she’s just a positive and grateful individual that finds the good in everything. I think it’s quite refreshing seeing someone like Grace on YouTube when you’ve got the likes of Anastasia Kingsnorth banging on about sucking dick at 18.
I think Grace is a great reminder that you can be happy without the pressures of drugs, sex, alcohol, boys etc. I think a lot of people can relate to her.

Totally agree, I love grace and I love most of her videos. The only negative I could say is the religion her family seem to be part of (if I am right) is one of these bizarre born again Christian ones...almost cultish
