Grace hopefully turns out to be a YouTuber that won’t let the fame get to her head. Show the bigger Youtubers, on how to be a decent YouTuber
Me either! And loving that it’s such a good company and cause that she’s held out for!Never been so excited for someone over a sponsorship!
yeah, from someone who seemed to do no ads before suddenly it is a deludge of them which makes it all the more jarringI really like Grace and she’s one of the few youtubers I actually enjoy watching now.
However is anyone else getting tired of the constant ads on her instagram? I feel like every time I click on her story it’s a new ad
I get that times are tough for everyone but surely she could ditch the annoying insta ads and make some creative videos to make money (like her trying different decades of dinners, how people ate thoroughout history etc)
I just feel like she’s becoming another lazy YouTuber who doesn’t bother with vids because it’s easier to accept an insta brand deal
Does anyone else feel like this?
both parents are teachers her mum is a textiles teacher. her dad is a teacher but also a head too! And her sister is also a teacher.Yeah I noticed that from the start she was not following some of the rules. Didn't she have a BBQ in the first lockdown? It is so frustrating to me to see her disregard the rules. I saw her story of her meeting Honour this week and I was pretty annoyed about it tbh. I am only 21 and I have not been out since march 2020 other than for my doctors appointments and the occasional walk because my mum is vulnerable and if I passed it on to her she would not survive. My older sister even moved in with us because she lives alone and did not want to be isolated from us for all that time. I spent my 21st birthday in lockdown and I haven't seen my friends in months. Occasionally one of my friends with deliver me little presents to let me know she is thinking about me.
Grace has been meeting up with Honour a lot, going for unnecessary trips to the garden centre, the supermarket, and even just going on unnecessary trips away and days out in the centre of London. It is all just all unnecessary and totally tone-deaf to her subscribers and followers how have been affected by this pandemic, who are taking social distancing seriously or who have been shielding from the very start.
People who are unwilling to follow the rules are complicit in causing the numbers to increase and causing the pandemic to be prolonged. It is ridiculous that people take no responsibility for their actions.
Also does anybody know what Grace's parents do for a living? Her dad is an art teacher isn't he? What about her mum? They seem like well-educated people. It shocks me that even people who should be quite intelligent fail to understand how important following the rules are.
She's only 23 or so though, isn't she? I would imagine she seems immature because she lived at home for uni and stuff. I would imagine that being in the modelling world she would have been exposed to drink and drugs. I just guess it depends on how we're defining immaturity. She seems very responsible, so mature in that sense, but I do think that she sometimes plays up the 'childlike' persona.I used to really like her....but I didn't realise how old she actually is. In an odd way, she seems really coddled and naive (not spoiled) and not fully independent. I have not been a fan of her behaviour during covid. To put it bluntly, I feel like she needs to start growing the fuck up.
I always thought that but it says online he’s a headteacher
Fair enough. He definitely was an art teacher at some point and clearly has a passion for painting (fairly unusual for the art teacher to become headmaster I’d say ? but quite cool )It’s a few places online
Yep I turned off after honor opened the pump top for her coffee syrup. They are both absolutely gorgeous girls & I'm sure honor is a lovely girl & a great friend to grack. Just think it would have been better if grace had done the start of the video showing what she'd put in honors box then the 2nd half opening her own. I obviously only watched them open a couple of things each but they both had the most over the top reactions over some olives & cream eggs (I actually think honor was worse) then you had honors sister (I assume) shouting off camera & them all cracking up - cliquey is the perfect word!Oh dear. I agree. Managed about 5 minutes but the over the top reactions were cringe. It all seemed a bit too self congratulatory and cliquey.
I think she’s pretty careful with what she puts as her grid posts on Instagram, and it’s often been that her stories have told a different story to the vlogs so I bet a lot of her followers have missed it/don’t realise. She’s certainly been a lot less obvious about it than most influencers so at least hasn’t encouraged it like they have but it is disappointing.Yeh that's what I thought, has anyone called her out on this? none of the other selfish influencers breaking the rules has been a surprise at all, but with her I am really disappointed
I really enjoyed different foods from around the world, meals that soldiers or someone in a different field eating food from different eras. I also loved when she dived into fashion and makeup, although she did not feel comfortable at times but it was good to see her experiment with that and to see her out of her comfort zone. I know that fashion and beauty ones can get to be expensive but I’m sure if she asked her followers suggestions on where to get the best priced products, they wouldn’t mind.Which videos of graces have we all enjoyed the most? Because I guess that points to the content she should go for... I personally really enjoyed her eating different diets, like soldiers meals, the British recommended one, different eras. I also really enjoyed when she made her own subway & Chipotle. But again those are very food based. I'd love for her to do some sit down ones about her experience as a model, there must be some interesting stories from that time in her life. I also loved when she recreated the great British bake off & actually took herself out to the garden to do little interviewsi also remember cracking up at one where she just kept breaking oreos when trying to twist the tops off of them

yep I completely agree. She has broken lockdown rules and I’m not defending her for it. She’s an adult and she should take responsibility for her actions whether she’s sensitive or not I get that.I think once you put your life out there you have to accept that not everybody will agree with what ever you do. Its strange as I like Grace but I can't stand how protective some people feel for her on here. Its a gossip site for youtubers and influencers so people will make comments about things she chooses to put online. Nobody is perfect so she will make mistakes in her life but that also means people can pass judgement on it. Like someone above said people like Zoella and Mrs Hinch etc also have those that believe they can do no wrong it doesn't mean those that complain about them are wrong
ah ok! I find religion in general weird so I kinda just gloss over that with graces family. They are a very very straight laced family which I guess comes from that religious upbringing. I always wonder what the kids think of it. Grace seems to love it, and helping out at that youth church thing but I’m always wondering what the brother and sister think. Her brother moved out didn’t he so maybe he was like sod thisThey're Christian but a particular branch of Christianity (not sure on correct terminology?). I remember they went to see a musical act for her birthday last year (or year before?) and I googled the act and it was a religious show attached to a branch of Christianity
