I hope she won't change and I think there are several reasons she won't, such as she has already had a very prestigious career (mixing with the sort of people Tanya Burr would sell her left kidney to do the same) and she left it, so she has been there and done that. She is not a full time YTer but is pursuing another career so I don't think will get too precious about it. Plus she seems to have a life outside YT eg the youth group she works at. On top of that she just seems so nice and funny and modest with a sensible family who don't appear the sort to indulge her if she gets above herself *cough* Alfie Deyes *cough*.

I was always curious about what church they belong to. I assumed it was some sort of evangelical or nondenominational megachurch because of the live band. Her faith definitely plays a big role in her life but she’s not at all the type to preach or try to push it on others and at the same time she also doesn’t try to hide that they go regularly and how she active she is in volunteering for the youth group. Jesse is the one person in the family who never seemed that into church.

She does have some childlike and immature tendencies like in that one video where she had gotten a hold of a megaphone and her whole family looked really annoyed with her but I think most of that also comes from being the youngest in the family and naturally more coddled. She can also cook for herself which (sadly) isn’t something a lot of 23 year olds can do that do live on their own and get takeaway all the time, lol. I think it’s good she doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to settle down like so many women her age, she also has a very pure unworldly quality that is quite rare now.

So weird to see this! I found her yesterday. Absolutely love her content. I find it weirdly therapeutic to watch people laugh with their dads since I lost my dad. Her family seems so nice!

I love how she subtly exposes the laziness of lots of you tubers who pretend to be so busy but rarely upload (the Alfie Deyes's of the Internet) when she said "people say I'm uploading so much but really I'm just working full time so..." Her work ethic is another thing I admire in her actually.

One thing I've noticed though is how worried she is about getting called out in comments for not knowing things. Which speaks for her decent personality and that she is far less self centered than most youtubers who can do no wrong. But I mean she will put a disclaimer on the screen ,as well as mentioning it in the video and during editing that 'I know I'm going to get lots of comments saying I'm doing xyz wrong.'
She is so careful about that stuff it makes me a bit sad and wish she had more self confidence - tho as I said its mainly because of her genuinley good qualities.

It made me happy to see there's a 'rave' thread about her! Amongst all the bad eggs, there's Grackle. I love how consistent she is with content, how she doesn't try to fit into the YouTube mould and doesn't take herself seriously whatsoever. In an online world where a carefully curated perfect lifestyle and over-consumerism exists, there's Grace just doing her own thing and having a blast in the meantime. I love her personality and can't think of one thing I don't love about watching her- her family, her originality and creativity, her honesty with the camera- all of it is a breath of fresh air. She has such a likeable personality and a good heart!

I love her! Her “eating anna saccone’s what I eat in a day” came up in my recommendations! She has such a healthy relationship with food which is so refreshing to see in on YouTube! Usually they’re either really fussy or Uber healthy! It’s nice to see someone honest about what she eats, even if some of it isn’t healthy.

I love food channels (I like Barry Lewis too) and so I love her content.

I think Grace is going down the same route as all the big 'quirky' youtubers. Before they got big people like Emma Chamberlain, Taz, Joanna Ceddia etc all had the 'I'm not like other girls' thing going on and they all produced unique content that showed their little traits and interests. Grace's has been baking and now she's getting more views and even brand deals she seems to be going over the top to show her new followers and brands that she's sO cRaZy. Her and Honour are so fake together though. Honour always seemed like she was a weird influence on Grace, whenever they were together Grace would make more comments about her own appearance and what other people must be thinking of her just as Honour does. She
completely changes when she's with her and it doesn't reflect well on her. Honour kinda seems like a mean girl and Grace's old personality didn't seem to work with Honour's but this new one does.
Yes I completely agree! Like her old videos she was so chilled out and funny and it was really relaxing to watch her but now it's like all she does is screech and shout and her reactions the the smallest things are HUGE shes more like a cartoon character or kids entertainer now and it's weird.

Which videos of graces have we all enjoyed the most? Because I guess that points to the content she should go for... I personally really enjoyed her eating different diets, like soldiers meals, the British recommended one, different eras. I also really enjoyed when she made her own subway & Chipotle. But again those are very food based. I'd love for her to do some sit down ones about her experience as a model, there must be some interesting stories from that time in her life. I also loved when she recreated the great British bake off & actually took herself out to the garden to do little interviews 😂😂 i also remember cracking up at one where she just kept breaking oreos when trying to twist the tops off of them 😂😂

I do think shes great as I've said on here but will be honest sometimes i do struggle to watch her, completely not her fault, but I guess since we are the same age and feel like we have some similarities but our lives are so different. I'm not one to really get jealous over celebrities lives or wish I was them but I look at Grace and really do wish I was more like her. I have felt like this more over girls I used to be friends with at school and seeing all the great things they are doing now I guess Grace is just like them too. It's quite pathetc really and I feel like at 22 I'm a bit old to be wishing I was someone else. Obviously she's worked really hard to be as successful as she is and I'm genuinely happy for her to have done so well in her degree, YouTube, etc and she has a lovely family and good circle of friends. She seems confident and happy to be who she really is and I admire that. Just as sometime who grew up in foster care and then was placed back into an abusive family situation that I had to run away from then ended up homeless for two years and still struggle with anxiety, depression, ptsd from it I have always wished to have some sort of family and hers seems like such a happy one and it goes from upsetting me to being sort of weirdly nice to watch every week like one day if I do have kids I will to raise them in a happy family home like hers to feeling sad that I don't know what it's like to have that relationship with family.

I don't really know what the point of posting this is, I just wonder if anyone else feels the same about anyone on youtube? And, of course I know that just because she appears happy online everybody has their struggles and no one's life is 100% perfect and nobody should be jealous over anyone. It's not a nice way to be and I know that so don't want to seem rude by saying this I guess it's just on my mind and don't really have anywhere else I can speak about it. xx
I’m wasn’t raised in an abusive situation, but my family is nowhere near the closeness of the Booths and I totally relate to this. I also wish I could have Grace’s positivity – she’s got such a bubbly and fun personality, I honestly can’t recall a single time I’ve seen her get seriously angry or upset about anything on film, bless her

My god! Whining about if someone put #Ad and did she did she not break the rules, oh god she went the supermarket for a drink! SO WHAT! yall need a life.
Grace is 23 years old, your all much older by the looks of things! Grow up! If you don’t like her don’t watch her! Jesus Christ!
I really should be getting ready for work but this comment just cracked me up. Most people on here have said they do like her but she's not exempt from receiving criticism. I find fan behaviour weird, to blindly idolise someone so much that someone feels personally attacked if someone else makes valid criticism of that person. Its strange to me. You can like someone but still say if you feel they have done something wrong.

In regards to the second part I actually kindof agree with you and now I only watch people I like or who I find entertaining if I dont like like them. It is weird when you think about it to follow someone you dont like and then post on a forum about what you think think about their sex life, sexual orientation, shops they shop at, finances etc but it is the nature of a gossip forum.

I agree. I got married at 24, bought a house and had a baby a couple of years later. At 23 I had been living away from home for 5 years, looking after myself. But by 23, by sister was married with 2 kids having only moved out at 21 and she had a husband and kids but didn't really have a clue about looking after herself and a few years later is still pretty immature. Maturity isn't really reflected in your "life status", I have friends in their 30s who are single but they're running businesses and travelling the world alone, all things I wouldn't have a clue how to do!

A lot of the time, getting married young or tying your worth to a partner is a really immature thing to do. Sometimes you need to be older to know whether or not you're making a good decision.

I think she's perfectly competent and would be fine living on her own. it seems super common to live with your parents much longer than 10 years ago when I was her age. I imagine if it wasn't for covid she may have moved out and got a "proper" job so I don't begrudge her that at all. It's definitely not a personality flaw. I think it's more her general attitude that's a bit squealy about things that you tend to lose by the time you do have to get a proper job and have lots of serious responsibilities.

i love her so much, but does anyone else find the amount she bakes a bit odd? like, she literally bakes something once or twice a day?!
If I had the time and lived with more people I'd be baking that much! I think because she included a lot of stuff she made for lunches (like the breadsticks and pitta) it could come off as loads. Personally I don't find it excessive but ymmv

I think in one of the vlogs recently she said she only had a month to buy her outfit for Chloe’s wedding. I may have misheard but I remember being surprised as she only got engaged very recently and it must be even harder to book somewhere during Covid times. I wish them well though, the whole family is so lovely.
I imagine being so connected to the church they will probably be getting married there,
So they won’t need to book anything too far in advance :)

It’s such a shame she couldn’t do her American trip. That would've been good content. Plus I’m kind of invested in her getting over her homesickness Issue too.

I agree we need to normalise acne. My skin is so much better now but when I was a late teen/early 20s my skin made me so self conscious to the point that I wouldn’t even want to leave the house because I felt so down about it. I hope she doesn’t ever feel like that because it’s not worth it. Acne is a real problem that many people go though and it shouldn’t be shamed. I also think I remember her mentioning that she is on a dermatology waiting list? I imagine Covid has pushed it back a lot.

In other news, her new video surprising her family with Christmas in July to give back to them for working so hard during the pandemic is the purest thing ever 🥺. They were all so grateful and you could just tell that Grace was loving doing it for them. I was cackling at the very end when she was going to bed and you could see she was getting teary eyed, then she said ‘I’m getting emotional’ really quietly and the video abruptly ends there. She is just so precious. Striving to be more like Grace in my life.
she’s so pure and needs protecting at all costs

I think her mum makes videos quite awkward... not even just the camera thing either. To use that vlog as an example, her dad was into it and up for it, but her mum moaned away about having gotten starters and only seemed to really decide to participate when Grace’s dad suggested they merge. It’s not the first time she’s done it either and I feel quite bad for Grace sometimes. If her mum doesn’t want to be on camera I totally get it, but if she doesn’t want to participate at all she could just... not? Rather than bring the dynamic down by complaining. Chloe wasn’t on camera but always seemed to at least be trying to join in. I honestly think that last vlog would have been way better if it was just Grace and her dad deciding then her mum joining them for eating.
Her mum does seem to undermine and question her a lot and you can kind of sense Grace getting a bit annoyed at times, constantly having her mum question her on things she's taken time to prepare. I'm sure they have a lovely relationship though but obviously you're going to clash at times if you've lived together for 23 years 😂 I do think she's more of a daddy's girl while Chloe seems more similar to their mum.

I also enjoyed the video but I do agree their reactions to some things were a bit OTT. I feel like Honor was playing up to the camera a lot in that vid. Maybe because she knows she’s pretty or people will comment that haha!
Honor was looking at herself in the camera and playing with her hair a LOT. :ROFLMAO:

honestly i think it is great that she still finds baking fun after doing it as a degree, and she doesnt wave it in our faces that she has a baking degree either. i also think it sounds like her degree was very theoretical and the cooking part was not the whole thing that she got graded on so she is not going to be perfect at everything she bakes/cooks. i quite like that she makes mistakes, it makes her seem more humble.
