I think it coud actually be quite useful to read here, or let someone else read here for you. There is so many honest and good feedback on Tattle. You can just skip through the gossip, underneath it is a gem.

i wonder if grace knows/what she thinks about the fact that she is watched by a lot of people with/recovering from EDs. she has quite a responsibility in a way, i think it's a really interesting position to be in and wonder whether she finds it hard to decide what content to make or worries if she might trigger people

She was with a boy on the way to Durham definitely, and she was at a 'friend's' graduation, so I'm guessing the boyfriend went to Durham

I really hate when these budget things where they present a recipe that's under £1 and it turns out the costings take into account a single slice of bread and one single egg. "Oh I'm just using leftover brioche for this since we had some". Well sure, you're not paying more than £1, but whoever bought that loaf of bread did.
Agreed, so misleading. In general these are mostly ridiculous anyway as the cost of ingredients differs quite a bit from place to place, even within one country

i don’t disagree, and I do have the benefit of hindsight. If that’s what a woman wants to do then that’s great. I just sometimes think we are conditioned to pursue careers and material things from childhood (or it’s a “waste” or “lazy”) and, really, it’s not always the craic you’re led to believe. You get literally invested and it’s also difficult to break the chain and social status you’ve gained. Your ability and intelligence and opportunity for mixing and networking is still the same whether you hunt down a career or create and develop a stable family unit.

I don’t think Grace is particularly young either. Maybe by today’s standards, but certainly not biologically or historically. Opportunities to experience and do things come at all stages of life too, but becoming pregnant is one of the very few things that does have a time limit.
it’s great if your first relationship you truly do meet the love of your life, I think it’s amazing when it happens for people but I don’t think it’s amazing when it happens in churches when most people marry their first boyfriend/girlfriend and quickly without much dating experience and

To be fair I'm sure the majority of her audience is her age or younger and probably don't wake up at 5:30 every day. I'm a year younger than her and none of my friends wake up earlier than mid-morning at the moment due to either being unemployed, on furlough or still at uni. And loads of people working from home are definitely not getting up earlier than needed. Her content is never gonna suit absolutely everyone's lifestyle so personally, I'm not gonna be offended by that. Everyone's view is valid though of course
I think actually people her age must do? not a lot maybe, but even without lockdown etc, surely a lot of early 20s work in supermarkets/in labouring etc jobs?

She’s hinting at oral b in her stories now to send her a new toothbrush 🙄

I really like Grace but I feel like I’ll be unsubbing/unfollowing in the next few months. Every YouTuber hits a point where they lose integrity because it becomes a job and they care about earning money more than making good content. I feel Grace is becoming more like this every day 😔
I still love her as a person but I definitely don't watch as much of her content now, for this reason. I think it's inevitable though and I think there will be few youtubers where the 'fame' doesn't go to their head a bit. It's sad but I just don't enjoy all her videos as much now because I don't find her as down to earth anymore and that's what I personally watched for.

So many people I know have it including kids, it’s quite scary how some think the vaccine means they can’t catch it (don’t start me on the people on the conspiracy thread on here 😂). What a miserable way for her to spend her birthday, hopefully she makes a full recovery quickly
hopefully as she is partly vaccinated she won't be too ill although I wonderwhy she was tested, she must have had symptoms to do so?

She's probably got it from a show or something?

I have noticed whenever she picks up a new phrase she says it over and over and over again and it does start to get repetitive. At least this one she's using in the right context, unlike some of the ones she got from (presumably) tiktok
I googled it and Spongebob came up. 😬

I think people working out who he was probably made her approach it a bit more cautiously

yeah she really is, I like how she was a model but doesn't seem at all shallow/obsessed with her appearance, I get why she didn't continue with it tbh. I have to say I hate those pjs though!
I think one of the reasons is because it is an industry that centres around being obsessed with your appearance! I also recall her saying she didn't like those kind of aspects about it, e.g. when she would be told she was too thin or too big.

I also hate those pjs aha.

For my graduation I was allowed up to 4 guests, so I'm not sure that's the most reliable assumption! It's different everywhere. Mine was a uni in London this year.

I've watched a few returns pallet videos recently, Grace really did get a dud. A family channel recently did one and they got 15 or more mini fridges, broken ornaments, broken toys. Then I've seen a smaller youtuber buy 2 at over 1k and she got Dyson hair products, shark vacuums, smeg toasters, nespresso machines etc.
It really is pot luck.

My theory is Grace saw the photo and kept bidding because she doesn't like 'losing' and therefore paid over the odds. She will make her money back on the video and because it was shown as a purchase for work, she will claim her tax back on it.
I looked at the site she bought from and it seems like most of their pallets include a list of contents with a disclaimer of 5% accuracy - she did get 2x Nespresso machines, just not the one pictured that she wanted so I'd say it was within 5% on that and the rest of it can't have been that much of a surprise.

I think you're right though, she saw that coffee machine, wanted it and just went for it.

I'm sorry but I have to wonder if there's something going on with her relationship with food. I cannot understand how she can eat that much (especially all the sweets, sugar and baked goods) without exercising, and maintain an underweight BMI (and yes, I do think she looks underweight)...
I think other people have said it but I think she does a lot of incidental exercise, she always seems to be on the go doing things, dancing around etc. obviously part of it is just genetic but I do thing she burns a lot of calories

I dont know why she films videos that involve others if they dont wanna be filmed
I mean I can't exactly argue with you there, if her mum has said she's uncomfortable it's not good of her to film her. Although it seems like most of the time it isn't deliberate, she sets up the camera and she ends up in the shot. I did notice on the drive to cornwall on extra grack she had the camera on herself the entire time and seemed to make a deliberate effort to not film her
