Holy moly that job description is CRAZY. That salary better be very “competitive” if one person is supposed to delivering on objectives for all aspects of people, plus payroll, compliance, policy development, culture, company performance AND office management. That’s multiple teams-worth of work!

I was just thinking the same! That’s a teams worth of work plus I laughed at the benefits or lack of proper benefits

So who is this HR Manager meant to be reporting into then bc the JD says it’s the CEO and B. the classic greg “boohoo I can’t get loads of venture capital dollars because I’m a wOmAN” moan from yesterday suddenly makes a lot more sense. My favourite thing is the “team socials” which according to the JD, they’ll be “championing and implementing”
