Wow so glad I'm not alone!! 1st time ever I've not watched bake off! Hahaha maybe I'm going through a phase too. I'll watch it if I stumble across it this year.I agree. Gogglebox has been a fascinating and enjoyable concept, but sometimes tv shows need changing up, but with Gogglebox it's just not possible to do that. The whole concept is people sitting in front of a TV and reacting to what they see. It can still be enjoyable, but less so after many years
For me it's the same as the Great British Bake Off. Watching people bake every week is great, but eventually the concept becomes a bit tedious. I never missed a season of the GBBO before this year, but this year I can take it or leave it. Maybe I'm going through a phase![]()
He's so randyI loved when he asked her what would she do if it were the end of the world and she said she’d go see Magic Mike and he was like no magic Dave!![]()
How awful if it’s true. What kind of mother would do that to her daughter![]()
Gogglebox Paige shows off hunky boyfriend who has never been seen on show
Each week, Gogglebox favourite Paige Deville films the Channel 4 reality show on the sofa with her mum Sally, but offscreen, she lives with her longterm beau Bradwww.dailystar.co.uk
Her and her fella brad bought a house together. So.... This could explain being alone
i think it’s definitely put on - and noticed they like to promote working class women as quite stupid. I am sure C4 would deny that, but it’s far too coincidental for me.I'm really not sure what to think. At first their ignorance was embarrassing, now I wouldn't be surprised if they are playing on it.
they're totally pointless, on so rarely as you say and also never said anything memorable or amusingThat cockney family, with the two sons and the mum and dad, I don't see the point of them. They barely appear.
I agree about the ones you mentioned, pre planning stuff and playing to the camera. The only ones that play up to the camera with scripted pre planned rubbish as much as Pete and Sophie is Jenny and Lee. You can tell both pairings before filming starts go through with one another what they are going to say for 'laughs' and it shows because it doesn't come across natural.
Mary looks ethereal in the picture. I didn't recognise Giles at all.i recognise mary!! wow she was beautiful ( it to say she isn’t now). would never have guessed that was giles in a million years though![]()
How desperate must you be for work to accept that gig? Not talking about the sex performers but Alice.I actually watched that 'Sex Actually' programme. Strangely compelling and I thought Alice Levine was great. Very Louis Theroux like.
Good episode tonight. I enjoy Giles and Mary still.
Brilliant! I don't care whether it is staged or nor, the two of them crack me up“There’s no T in ‘sliced’, mate.”
I completely agree with you!
Remember when one of the girls was talking about her Mum and how she sings her favourite song in Spanish? The other one looks amazed and asks her to sing it. She goes…..SHE GOES!…..One of them has a twin sister apparently. The one that is pregnant. Perhaps the twin got the brain cells.
