Can't wait to see it too (and if I had the money id go to the drive thru and take no passengers - seats only for snacks/picnic and blanket 😂)

It's only on at the Odeon near me for 2 weeks. I wonder if it will then go on streaming sites like Netflix. I loved the drive thru movies as a kid!

I think the BBC would stream it over Netflix or the option to pay on prime

Two weeks is great. Our local Vue is literally showing it Fri/Sat/Sun and that's it. Friday was a no no as it's the last day of term and I am goosed now, let alone then! And Sunday we're off to Harrogate to see Reece Shearsmith so I've had to book Saturday night.

Hoping it won't be long until it streams!

We’ve treated ourselves to tickets to a Mum and Baby screening near us. Unfortunately not one of the big chains that does a nice drink and a cake with your ticket as there aren’t any within 50 miles of here but one that‘s a local independent place. Another downside is that it’s not until the 2nd of November but we wouldn’t be able to go any other time so meh!

I think my Odeon is only doing three nights, too 😟

We've got an independent cinema near us, it's thing is that it's old fashioned, there's an interval for buying cups of tea and ice cream and on some nights they have someone playing the Organ. It's musty and cold but we love it! It's only £6 a ticket. They are showing it daily for a whole week which I'm so happy about as i was worried it wouldn't be on and I'd have to go to the expensive chain cinema instead🤣 Don't think we can go until Saturday though which I'm gutted about.

Just come back from watching it was really good abd funny definitely recommend
Oh good!
I'm going to go next week to the local omniplex - it's on several times a day so I like going about 2ish on my own when it won't be too busy.

I loved it so much.

I always worry about TV shows going to the big screen, sometimes it just doesn't work. But this worked. It had a really good plot that allowed it naturally to expand out of Button House, didn't retcon the ending of the series to come back with the film, still full of so much heart abour family and what family is. There was a suitably predictable subplot going on. And it was genuinely funny, lots of laugh out loud moments. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I've just got home from seeing the film at the cinema.
It was bloody hilarious, really well written and all the characters were on top form. It was also moving in parts and very action packed.
Have to say also that Kitty was excellent in this.

It was a shame that there was only about 10 people at the screening. It's the best film I've seen in ages. I wonder if the audience would be bigger on TV these days.

Weather maybe? It’s been miserable where I am. Wouldn’t be going unless it was necessary.

I’m excited about seeing it soon after your review 😊

Often when TV series are made into feature length films they fall completely flat but that wasn't the case with the Ghosts film which is about one and a half hours long. It was really well paced I couldnt stop laughing when they all escaped and the shenanigans with the police 🤣
