Very open about it now, but at the time she wasn't. Pretty sure this is the first time she had mentioned having c-sections. From memory there was a shot when she had her third where it looked like she could have just birthed naturally, so it must have been staged.
I wish these influencers would use their platform to help normalise things women often feel insecure and inferior about, instead of staging things and giving into societal 'normals'

I always laugh at adults who make a big deal of their birthdays like some kind of child. Must be an influencer thing.
