At first I was so confused cos if he isn't out then what's the issue using the male toilets but OP clarifies in a comment that friend passes and people assume he is a woman.....no they're just too polite to say anything
That's a brilliant comebackif that is the burden of proof, how do you personally know you have a brain?)
Apparently he’s taking it to European Court which makes me a bit nervous if I’m honestThat Trans judge is going to appeal it (is that even possible) as they feel "contained and segregated". That's the whole point, when I take a piss I want to be segregated from the opposite sex. How is being segregated a terrible thing to want?

Trans former judge to challenge Supreme Court's gender ruling
Victoria McCloud, who stepped down last year, said the judgement had violated her human rights.www.bbc.co.uk
This explanation is on X - looks like he can'tApparently he’s taking it to European Court which makes me a bit nervous if I’m honest
Phew!
The timing of this is odd. Is this just a way to get round the SC Ruling and allow TIMs who work in healthcare into women's spaces 'legally'.I'm amazed they have been able to figure out what a woman is...

Male workers should be able to carry out mammograms, experts say
The Society of Radiographers says allowing men to do mammograms would reduce staff shortages.www.bbc.co.uk
The answer in this country, rather than train and employ more of the right people, just seems to be, "just let anyone so it!" which u guess is one step up from "let's just not bother".
Reminds me of prisons, where rather than taking responsibility for proper reform, the government are like, "why don't we just stop sending criminals to prison?!"
Oh good!
As a PP said earlier, it makes no sense as there'll have to be a female chaperone. TIMs aren't legally women no matter what they think so having a man in there requires a woman there as well. The timing of this is odd. Is this just a way to get round the SC Ruling and allow TIMs who work in healthcare into women's spaces 'legally'.
So we can take from the assertion that the trans friend passes, that there is no friend.... he's asking for himself. If people truly pass there'll be no issue with using the toilet as no one would suspect they aren't the right biological sex.At first I was so confused cos if he isn't out then what's the issue using the male toilets but OP clarifies in a comment that friend passes and people assume he is a woman.....no they're just too polite to say anything View attachment 3535072

I'm overjoyed at this.
"bad mental health rates soar for transpeople"Watching the BBC lunchtime news; first the male radiographers breast screening story presented from one side only, then the story of the trans judge bringing a case to the ECHR, again just his side of the story.
Last night, it was the final episode of Chess Masters Endgame on BBC2, where 12 ‘rising chess stars’ compete against each other for the trophy. I’ve watched every week and the premise was that there were 6 male and 6 female candidates. Only in the first episode, it was apparent that one of the ‘female’ candidates was a TIM. Looked, acted and sounded like a man. So, five women and seven men. No surprise that the final three in the competition were men, and to top it off, the TIM won. Throughout, the audience was gaslit with all the presenters, including Sue Perkins, fawning over this male and referring to him as a woman.

Disabled (or accessible) toilets are often separate, unisex toilets. Although there have been complaints from those who use them that they'd prefer the toilets to be housed within the same-sex facilities, it's not always practical due to the amount of room that's needed. The other argument is that when someone needs help from the opposite sex (whether that's family or a female carer assisting a male) it's inappropriate for either to go into the opposite sex toilets. That Trans judge is going to appeal it (is that even possible) as they feel "contained and segregated". That's the whole point, when I take a piss I want to be segregated from the opposite sex. How is being segregated a terrible thing to want?

I hate the way the say they're being denigrated and used as a political pawn. How the duck do the think REAL women have felt since time began?"bad mental health rates soar for transpeople"
I wonder why the number of women with severe mental health problems is through the roof. What could possibly be contributing to their MH difficulties?![]()
