I know Tribunal Tweets can’t capture everything (and isn’t it ridiculous that observers have to prove that they are accredited journalists, whereas Upton says he’s a female and can access a single sex changing room just because of his lady feelz), but I can’t help thinking that some of the more batshit stuff is being missed:

I'm gutted that I never managed to access the tribunal. I would have loved to listen to and look at him, to get a feel of what he's like for myself. Tribunal Tweets are great, but it's only the gist, rather than word for word, so it must miss a lot of the ridiculousness of him. It's a shame there's no facility to watch a recording of it.
I was told similar - Never put anything in writing that you aren't prepared to see projected onto the wall of a courtroom in letters a foot high.
Surely all cases before Court need to be held in their entirety for the judge to make an accurate ruling? Stop start surely helps him?

You are participating in adversarial legal proceedings that are a direct consequence of your own behaviour you irrelevant little wick. She's not your mum or your downtrodden beige wife and has no obligation to hold your hand and tell you you're really a lady.
They're always saying "trans people don't owe you xyz" but think that the rest of the world owes them snivelling deference. Get in the bin.
And half of those are people donating £1 just so they can misgender him.

I swear like a docker but never use the see-you-next-Tuesday word. NEVER! It's horrible and it disgusts me so much that I rarely even think it in the silence of my head. I just don't.
Today I spontaneously snarled "You gross kh^nt" - It just shot out, unbidden.
I actually slapped both of my hands over my mouth, like a child, I was so shocked at myself. I'm now terrified that having broken my duck I'll be shouting it all over the place.

What a shock the screeching "be kind" brigade aren't willing to put their money where their mouths are.
I've chucked a few quid in for Sandie. It must be so stressful. A 30 year career in an underpaid caring profession, only to end up in court because a bloke in a frock thinks you looked at him funny and is annoyed you don't want to take your clothes off in front of him. The absurdity of it.
Maybe she has low self esteem? Cosplaying women aside he comes across as a selfish man prone to sulking and pettiness.
I mean sometimes my husband people me to tears but at least he's funny and knows how to behave in public.
How can he say he’s sad they wouldn’t approach him? Sandie did approach him, and this tribunal is the result of that.
The constant shifting goalposts. However she'd approached him, he'd have expected it a different way, in a different tone, with a different audience, at a different time.
It's clear that his idea of "respect" is total pandering to his "identity". There's no winning. Even her not going in the changing room at the same time as him isn't good enough.
Did I read somewhere earlier Dr Upton saying something about just wanting respect re changing room incident? Can someone point me in the right direction of this part of the questioning, if I have indeed not made it up.
